Works Perfectly on a Dante Gas Valve
Generally speaking, on any device deemed "universal" I measure my requirements and compare to the specifications sheet. Several universal keys fell outside those parameters. Fortunately, I located this key manufactured by the same company as my valve. It should fit. It did. Amazing.Re quality, fit, description accuracy I would recommend to any Dante Valve owner and to any valve owner you knows their valves key specs.

Great quality and durability
The end is pretty beefy which fits just fine in my larger gas assist valve opening. I can see if a smaller pen sized gas opening is used how this will not fit in there - be mindful of that.Otherwise, the metal has some heft and is a proper key for opening and closing the valve. Style options are a bonus and the Satin Nickel variant I chose is the perfect match for our purposes.

This product works with Dante Products
I purchased a "universal key" 5/16" + 1/4" and the outside diameter of the socket was tool large and wouldn't engage the Dante gas valve. I returned the key and purchased a Dante key and it works perfectly.
