Easy to use. Lots of features.

Very pleased with product n purchase. It works well, my knives were getting so dull. And I started pushing harder on my knives to cut, I only sharpened my knives a little for now, because I've got to get used to not pressing so hard after they fully get sharpened, ( safety reason) I will gradually get them back to sharp and be able to cut with more ease. . I've noticed on video reviews, some viewers were slicing their knives back n forth. (PLEASE DONT DO THAT) read directions. It is very simple to use and quickly it sharpened my knives in just 3 passes thru the sharpener fast and smooth. It is well designed , and is nice looking to keep on counter if desired, and is also nicely shaped to fit neatly away to store, it is a good value. I'm very pleased with product n purchase.

Works for what I need it for sharpens well

The electric knife sharpener does the job, but it’s not the easiest to use compared to other brands I’ve tried. For beginners with no prior experience in sharpening knives, the learning curve can be a bit steep. It takes some time to figure out the right technique and angles to achieve a good edge. Once you get the hang of it, it works decently, but there are more user-friendly options out there for those new to knife sharpening.

Does a good job on both knives & scissors

Easy to use and store.

This is a rather small sharpener but it seems to do all right. Doesn't sharpen like my mothers used to. But then again I purchased the least expensive unit. Not knowing what to expect. It just takes a little longer than the top of the line models to sharpen my knives. Thus the four stars.
