Big girl knife
I have had this for a few months now and have had plenty of time and tasks to test this on. It has held up wonderfully and exceeded my expectations. I believe for the price it cannot be beat. I have been able to do small woodworking tasks with it. I have batoned with it but not heavily. It holds a edge very well and came sharp out of the box. It is to big to carry in any pockets I own but now has a permanent home in my bag. They only thing I can really complain about is the nut/bolt system used to hold the knife in the handle. It looks like the revolver cylinder in the pictures. It came loose and requires a star bit I didn't have. But luckily my brother did and now it's perfect. Buy this one, you won't regret it.

This knife is a tank
I purchased this knife to replace my 10 year old Cold Steel Recon 1 Tanto. I came to realize that i actually hate tanto blades and wanted a drop point or spear point blade. After hours of research, I narrowed down my search and compared CRKT Ruger All-Cylinders +P vs the TOPS Fieldcraft Folder. You cannot get a better large folder for the money than this knife and it is built like a tank. This is now my EDC knife. The liner lock is beefy 1/8 inch steel and when opened, the blade isn't going anywhere.Yes, it is a bit on the heavy side but unless you're a weirdo wearing your sister's skinny jeans it is not a problem. It arrived razor sharp, the steel holds an edge extremely well and is easily sharpened & honed. I have seen no signs of rust despite plenty of outdoor use.Overall, i could not be happier with the knife and highly recommend it for anyone that prefers a larger edc folder.

A sharp, solid folding knife.
I bought this because I wanted a bigger folding knife. I presently have 3" folders. This is an excellent knife. It is not some cheap thing you find in discount or superstores. The blade is 3/16" thick and very very sharp. I actually did shave some hair off my arm, no b.s.This is a solid, heavy knife, weight wise. If for some reason i could not open it in a defensive situation, I honesty believe if I hit my attacked on the head with it, they would be dazed and confused. I open it with a flick of my wrist while I push the stud on the blade. If you are looking for a good folding knife, I definitely recommend this knife.

Monster of a knife
I knew from other reviews that this would be a big knife, but i hadn't realized it was this big. For comparison i photographed it with a standard full sized folding knife. Clearly, It's a beast of a knife. The problem, though, is that even in my rather large hands, it's not very comfortable and i feel that the ergonomics of the grip could be improved (rounding the edges for one). But that's the only negative aspect. Overall it's sturdy, the grip isn't slippery, it's easy to take apart and clean and it came absolutely razor sharp.

Great knife, handle needs refinement
arrived yesterday, first impressions:I like this knife. the black stonewash on the blade combined with the G10 handles makes a really good looking knife. the drop point blade opens with barely a nudge, is shaving sharp and is centered better than most CRKT products. hand filling grip and rides fairly low in the pocket. This price is high, but that's due to the Ruger branding, the knife is worth the money, but would be 15$ cheaper without theRuger logo.on major flaw at this price point, the finish on the G10 scales is pretty bad, 2 spots that were actually sharp points the aggravated the hand.,They were quickly corrected with an emery board but for this price point I expect better,That being said, if you like CRKT products and bigger blades you'll be happy with this.

Big ol knife 😅
Love all of the CRKT things I've bought. But this one made me laugh out loud....Here in California doubt this would pass as a EDC knife. Ive got some thick wide hands and this thing makes me feel like a wear a size Small glove haha. Just made it solid fishing/outdoors knife.

A big knife that’s happy to work hard
This is a big knife. It’s huge. I rarely return my purchases, but my first inclination was to send this beast back to his maker. I slept on it and, decided to keep it and fell in love. It’s very well constructed and solid in the hand. The clip may not hold up if you’re hanging it off a belt. Overall, this would make a great gift for a knife or Ruger fan. It’s a workhouse that looks good and draws attention.

Great grips though almost overwhelms my whole hand
Initial Assessment, Just Received; A strong folding butchers knife, thick spine/ Lock needs improving; (Knife size, makes liner lock release a little awkward). Straight back lock at least. Great grips though, almost overwhelms my whole hand .Still Needs Sharpening, But I've been spoiled by manufacturers for so long, urging me to engage time honored honing. The reason for such high praise though.. I do have large hands, and this feels like a giants dagger, solidly constructed, Brawny, beefy and blocky. It is... I guess heavy, 11 - 12 ounces, but it lets you know, it is present.......Correction, I will keep updating if anything causes faults; Just lubricated blade rotator w/ wd40, set overnight. operation now is silky smooth. Tough metal though, it is a challenge to sharpen. like the clip position, sits just fraction above pocket line. Really isn't all to obvious from outside viewing, given positioning.
