Do you need a stability ring with this ball to make it stable?

Thank you for your question!If your question is about the ball sitting still my answer is as follows:Our Lunos are built with a patent pending self-standing design so that when you stand up it will not roll away and will sit upright! Luno looks great by itself at a desk when you're not seated.In regards to stability when seated, Luno is round which allows for some wiggling and gyration to engage the core and to allow for some dynamic stretching, but, thanks to its self-standing shape, it is also extremely stable to sit on. How long does it take to pump up? Can you use an air machine at a gas station?

A bike pump makes it waaay easier. That’s what I used. It took about 20-30 mins. However, I took breathers in between to allow the air to sort of stretch the ball as it expanded in the cover. I think an air machine at a gas station is not needed.

Does anyone use this for exercise as well? i love the look but i'm not sure i'd get the same multi-purpose use out of it as i would with a normal ball

Yes, but you don't want to make exercise its primary purpose as it is a nice decorative yet useful ball chair. It will get dirty.
