Buy these write now! Fantastic!
This stuff is amazing. Totally outstanding. Worked instantly and kept going four days. So much better than pills you can forget to take. Reduced anxiety, noticeably reduced urgency, slept 6 hours straight without getting up to pee. My only complaint is that the individual patch holders are hard to open.

I like the medication, but the patches are dismal
The patch material on these things leaves a lot to be desired. It is hard and stiff, making it uncomfortable wherever to try to apply it. The adhesive leaks out over the edges of the patch leaving a sticky ring around it that tends to turn black if you wear jeans or dark clothes over it. And the adhesive does NOT come OFF. I mean after over a week of scrubbing in the shower, the only thing that removes this stuff is “adhesive remover pads” I get at the hospital where I work. What’s the deal with this??? It’s not like the patches themselves are well adhered because they peel off in the shower easily, just the sticky residue remains. I also find the packaging extremely difficult to open. You must use scissors, and then you must also tear along a separate line hoping the edges separate in a way that allows you to peel them apart and get to the patch inside. It’s kind of ridiculous. They really need to do better with the application, like lidocaine patches have done. It’s not rocket science. But the drug is effective.

Amazing product!
This is an amazing product! I feel normal again. I have been having worsening problems, and bought this out of desperation. I did not think it would work, but decided to try it in case it did. The patch is very thin, and sounds like paper wrinkling when moved. I applied it not expecting much. The effect was obviously not instantaneous, but took a few days for the full effect. The medicine in the patch lasts four days, as listed on package. Showering with this on is NOT a problem. The patches remain adhered to the skin. Like Band-Aids, the edges of the patch catch fiber/lint and dye from clothing, so the edges of the patch have that on it. This does not cause the patch to lose adhesion. While showering, I washed this part adhesive using a nail brush, and the patch remained on. I am still amazed! I had been using AZO before purchasing and using this. It made a difference but I still had several problems throughout the day. Since using this, I am doing well. I still am careful about using the lavatory, but do not experience the spontaneous leakage. I am thrilled to encourage people to use this product!

Works but not sticky enough and packet difficult to open
This seems to be working. Instead of 6 times pee at night, I only had two. However, it does not stick well to the skin. I don't think it will last for 4 days. Also, the packet is very difficult to open, you really have to cut the four corners with a scissor.

Be Aware of Possible Side Effects
I wanted this to work so much. I've dealt with an overactive bladder for most of my life and it's a constant struggle. Any kind of trip includes a process of me trying to make sure I have a bathroom available wherever I'm at. Long road trips are the worst. I'm in my mid 30s now and it seems to only be getting worse, so when I saw Oxytrol existed I was so very happy. I didn't take much time to consider the side effects - I just wanted relief. But I feel an obligation to share how Oxytrol affected me, which wasn't in the way I had hoped.Applying the patch was a little tricky. I finally got it on my hip with a slight wrinkle, but it stuck very well and I didn't have much of a worry about it falling off. Within a few hours I felt some slight relief in my urgency, but I was still going regularly. I was really hopeful about things. But then night came. I had some of the most wicked nightmares I've ever had in my life. Instead of waking up having to urinate, I was waking up from really, really terrifying dreams. I was afraid to go back to sleep. Morning finally came and I had a sore throat and felt strangely cold.I took off the patch immediately. Even afterwards while sitting at my desk trying to work I was getting strange 'flashes' in my brain, almost like I was still dreaming. I also felt a sense of anxiety and fear. I then tried to wash off the area from the patch with soap and water in case it was still lingering on my skin.It was one of the worst side effects from something I've ever had. I don't know why the patch affected me like this, but I felt a need to share my story so that others can at least be aware that it has the potential to cause nasty side effects for some of us and to proceed with caution (unlike I did). Obviously it seems to work for most people. I'm disappointed it didn't work for me.

They do what they said to do.
These Oxytrol for Women Overactive Bladder patches take a few days to work. But they are helpful once they get through your system. It’s important to take them off after four days otherwise they can put rashes on your skin.

I'd use this all the time if it wasn't designed so poorly!
Maybe if we keep lowering their rating they will fix this terrible patch!! It seems to be the only one in the market, so they don't seem to care. Despite the massive amount of adhesive on this patch (photo is residue after removing the patch after only 8 hours), it does NOT stick!! It also sounds like crinkly plastic when you move.I've used lots of different patches to deliver medications and none have been this awful. The medication works, but youre lucky if you can wear the patch for a full day.I think they'd sell more if their patches actually stuck and they weren't so uncomfortable. The company needs to do better!!!
