The couch came overly protected with packing materials so if it was to get damaged during shipping someone should have had to deliberately do it!This loveseat is the perfect width for bro-sitting or with snuggling with your Doll! The high grade Italian leather is easy to clean and I’d advise putting a few layers of protectant on it within the first few months as the new leather will absorb the moisture.

Most uncomfortable recliner ever! Color was camel but was very orange

There are two huge problems with this chair: I bought it in white and it just can’t be cleaned. I have tried everything from expensive cleaners to home remedies and nothing removes regular grime from everyday use.Second, the top surface where there are seams or edges is pealing away. The description says Italian Leather but that is just not true. Leather doesn’t have a surface layer that peals off to leave a woven fabric.I’m so disappointed as this chair is very comfortable and works great. It is just becoming an eyesore. I have even tried a couple chair covers but the chair design is unusual and doesn’t work with chairs covers.

This furniture is really nice, the leather is top notch and the styling is exactly as expected. The issue was that on the first delivery the loveseat was damaged very badly. Looks as though someone speared it with a fork from a forklift truck. After spending a ridiculous amount of time on the phone they decided to pick up the damaged loveseat and ship me a new one. About 6 weeks later they came to deliver the loveseat but unfortunately they shipped me a second sofa, no loveseat. Now, even more time explaining to another crony at Amazon what was happening to have them agree again to ship me a loveseat. Another 6 weeks goes by and this time they sent both a sofa and a loveseat. I took the loveseat and refused delivery for the third sofa. I'm amazed that they make any money doing business in this manner??It was a long road but the furniture looks great, so I can live with the stress that I was out through over a simple delivery

Dislike the size of the seat. Like the feel of the leather. Wish it reclined back more.

Sofa is very firm almost hard. The armrest are too low for anyone over 5 ft tall. Very uncomfortable...... we have had them for 2 months and they have not gotten “better”.... Color is a burnt orange certainly not “Camel”.... we bought two...extremely disappointed...
