Great way to get my fiber
Adding this to my foods and drinks has been perfect. I am really happy with the way this product doesn’t change the taste of my food and drinks, but gives me the correct amount of dietary fiber I need per day. After struggling with possible Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, and irritable bowel syndrome, this product is so helpful!

I love this stuff
I love this stuff. I have a low thyroid and use this all the time to stay "regular". It does taste a bit chalky if you don't mix with something. I put in my morning smoothie and blend it in and it works great.

Used over a decade!
Best fiber for me! No gas, easy to dissolve, no taste, take it every night. Colon is clean. Great for me since I don’t eat a lot of veggies.

Product Carry’s a a P65 warning which means it can expose you to chemicals including lead which is known to the State of California to cause cancer but no mention of it by Amazon in photos or product description. Buyer beware

No bloat
Finally, I found a fiber that doesn't give me bloating. It dissolves easily and has no real taste. You can mix it in just about anything. I think its much better than psyllium fiber.
