My old Buffalo Bills flag was past its prime, so I searched for a replacement. I found this one at a reasonable price and ordered it. When I received it and opened it, there was a manufacturing defect on the stitching along the spine where the grommets attach to the hooks on my flagpole. I took a picture and immediately notified the seller for a return and replacement. They responded very quickly and got a replacement to me that was in perfect condition in only a couple days. The flag is very good looking and fits perfectly on my flagpole right underneath my American flag.Whatever sports team you are looking for, they seem to have it and the customer service if you do have an issue with the product is stellar.
