Bronson supplements have saved my hair from falling out
I've been taking these with magnesium and calcium for about 2 weeks and only great things have happened. I'm a MAT patient from r 3 yrs and it causes vitamin deficiencies that were never told to me. When I started treatment my bones started hurting,but I thought it was me just feeling things I hadn't felt from being under the influence. Then for the past 8 months my hair started thinning and the shedding was getting bad. Come to find out it's the methadone! Not only can it make it hair follicles go dormant,it also stops u from absorbing vitamins and minerals. So I ordered these along with vitb complex with vitamin C and magnesium from Bronson! Within 2 weeks my shedding has dramatically decreased! I feel better at all around. My bones have stopped aching and my carpal tunnel has subsided. These are great quality and do not make me nauseous. I take the Vitamin B complex on an empty stomach and the rest together at night. Now I did get a separate calcium supplement from another company. Good product. Most folks are seriously deficienct in Vitamin D and the RDA is a ridiculous joke. I take 10,000 i.u. a day, and after 6 months, my levels were only in the middle of the normal range.
