Let me preface by saying if you don't feel comfortable mixing colors to get your matching color.. don't get this product. I'm a crafty person and my couch was an easy enough color to match, so for me this worked great. Just the 1 patch the kit came with was able to fix all of the spots in my pics. Also please ignore how dirty my couch looks.. she needs a cleaning. The patches aren't 100% perfect, and I do need to go back and touch some up, but they look waaaaay better than the chewed up look before. The "powder" that you mix is actually small fibers, so once you apply it to the glue (& it dries) it feels soft and fuzzy. I think it would blend seamlessly if my couch were regular cloth, but it's some kind of microsuede so the patch does have a different texture... but again the alternative was foam showing or get a new couch. I was worried how well the glue would hold up, especially since it's a high traffic area on my couch where my toddler likes to jump, but it feels extremely durable after drying & I don't see it being an issue. It does recommend sewing bigger areas down though.

Did a solid job repairing a small tear in the upholstery. Color matching took a few tries, but once blended, the patch holds up great. Very happy with the result for the price!

This item is exactly what I needed to repair a cigarette burn my husband made in my driver’s seat of my Toyota car. I followed the instructions to the letter and was able to patch it. You can barely see that it’s a spot that needed repair. I wish I had the vehicle here so I could take a photo. But me being the greatest mom there is, I let my adult son borrow it to drive to work 4 hrs away. (Yay for me .. right??!) anyway … if you follow the instructions and if there’s any questions you can contact the people on the paperwork provided. So far my repair has lasted 3-4 months without pulling out or off the area I needed to fix. You’ll definitely have tons leftover of any color you need to repair many more things.

Did the job but not as good. Glue is not fully clear and and it dries pretty hard. Even though I used only black color, it looked gray after mixing with glue.

Bought this product to repair a hole in our sofa. Based on video the product appeared to be fairly easy to use for upholstery repair. Needless to say it was not. The clear dry adhesive on the video shows to be in a liquid form, but when I opened the container of it the adhesive was gummy. Outcome, did not use product and ended up having to sew the hole closed and threw away the upholstery repair kit. Will not ever purchase this product again.

Great product ! I thought my couch was destroyed after someone left a cigarette burn hole in it. I was able to repair using this kit. Instructions were easy to follow.

Not great,instructions r a joke,i did use it on couple of cigarette burn on a used car I bought,made the burn hole better to look at but no way like it advertised

Dégoûté d’avoir trouvé un trou de cigarette sur l’ un de mes sièges en alcantara, pas beaucoup de solutions en DIY, j’ai donc tenté le coup avec ce kit qui me paraissait le plus intéressant. Le mode d’emploi est un peu long mais très détaillé. Le mélange de couleur était très long, 5 tentatives avant d’arriver à une couleur se rapprochant au mieux du siège. Je regrette juste que la colle sur les bords du rond n’ait pas très bien accroché le melange de fibres. Sinon le résultat même perfectible est 100 mieux que l’état initial. Tips, à la fin, une fois la dernière couche de poudre (couleur) de texture appliquée sur la zone , retirer le scotch de protection et utilisez un coton tige pour appuyer délicatement sur la poudre et cela afin de l’aider à bien se mettre en contact avec la colle.

Zat een scheur in mijn grote hoekbank. Een nieuwe hoekbank kost al gauw 1500,-. Hoe werkt het? In het pakket zit een stuk stof, deze knip je op maat. Je smeert deze in met lijm en plaatst dit onder de scheur. De lijm is best sterk je ziet amper de scheur. Met het bijgeleverde wol kun je een kleur mengen en samenvoegen met de lijm. Ziet er dan pluizig uit. Dit spul doe je heel dunnetjes over de scheur, niet te breed, maar heel smal. Grootendeels door de stof die eronder zit gelijmd wordt voorkomen dat de scheur groter wordt. Heb 1500,- bespaard!

Il prodotto è una buona alternativa rispetto al dover andare dal tappezziere, ma di certo non lo può sostituire. È davvero facile da usare, basta seguire le istruzioni, ma come per ogni cosa ci vuole un po’ di pratica. Se avete un buco un pochino profondo può capitare ad esempio che col tempo si formi un piccolo avvallamento e quindi di dover ripetere l’operazione per riempirlo. Se però il tessuto da riparare presenta un disegno/texture allora è più difficile da nascondere la riparazione. Lo consiglio per i piccoli lavori di riparazione, io l’ho usato sui sedili della macchina ed ha funzionato bene. Se invece dovete riparare un divano allora ci penserei su.
