How can these be sanitized without a dishwasher?

Many Swedes sanitize the cloth using boiling water. Put the cloth in the sink and carefully pour boiling water over the entire cloth. Allow it to cool then air dry. An alternative would be to simply put it in the washing machine.

Are these cloths antibacterial?

These cloths are naturally resistant to bacterial growth and odors because they dry extremely fast! They do not contain an antibacterial solution but you can use a drop of dish soap and water or use a cleaning solution of your choice for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.

Good question! The pigments used for our designs are classified as non-toxic, non-hazardous and environmentally safe according to the European REACH legalisation. They are also GOTS certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard. Additionally, the producer of the pigments has achieved a GOLD STANDARD in the EcoVadis CSR rating. (EcoVadis is a system to evaluating suppliers' environmental aspects, working conditions, corporate social responsibility and subcontractors.)
