I started buying this because my husbands dr told him to take this for his ulcerative colitis. It’s supposed to help with inflammation so I also take it for shoulder aches and headaches. It seems to help if taken regularly. My only complaint is that the capsules are always coated with the power like one of them broke open (though I never find a broken one in the bottle so this must be happening at the factory) and so your hands get all covered with orange powder.

Solution for stained finger...
For those of you that are getting stained fingers, etc., use a dosage cup. Like the dosage cup that comes with Nyquil. No more stained figures... Anyways, I love this stuff!!! Been taking it for years...
