Perfect all-in one adapter, has worked great for trips to Europe, South Africa and South America. Having one built in cord and multiple USB options enabled me to keep everything charged overnight (phone, iPad, watch and headphones) as well as power my laptop without being too bulky. The carry case is nice and has enough room to stash all your cords in too.

Just travel to Europe for 2 weeks. This adapter was great. I really like the simplicity and ease of switching out the different plugs. Charged everything well and did not overheat. Only thing to be aware of is that the two plugs are really close to each other so it's difficult to have two wide chargers plugged in at the same time. But it does also have USB charging integrated.

I used this adapter daily on a (nearly) 3-week trip to Sri Lanka which uses type G outlets and 230V/50Hz AC power. The built-in USB charger was great; we used the USB-C output cable to charge my Google Pixel and one of the USB-A outputs to charge my wife's iPhone. The LED indicators showing the power type (115VAC or 230VAC) were a nice touch that also shows if power is on at the outlet. We were able to use our other devices (laptops, etc.) which have universal AC inputs with the USA type B AC outlets with no problems. The carry bag was a nice touch and fit both this and a couple of extra plug adapters. This is one of the very few such devices with an independent test lab (ETL) compliance certification. I do a lot of electronics design work and I am shocked (ahem) that so many AC-powered devices are lacking testing/certification by an NRTL (should show mark from one of: UL, ETL, TUV, MET, or CSA). The testing/certification adds some cost, but for AC-powered devices, particularly with 230vac, I would not buy something that has not been independently safety tested. Don't be fooled by the myriad other markings on many devices (FCC, CE, etc.); those are not third-party safety testing. Kudos for Ceptics for doing the right thing! NOTE: the AC outlets on this (and most converters of this sort) just adapt the physical form factor of the plugs; they do NOT convert the voltage, so make sure whatever you plug into them is rated for use at the outlet voltage. If you are using it in a country with 230v power, do NOT plug in a device that is not rated for 230vac operation. Many devices are now universal (95-235VAC 50/60 Hz) but not all of them are. Read the acceptable voltage range on your device before plugging it in. If your device is only rated for 115vac, it will likely be destroyed (possibly in a dangerous way) if you plug it in while the main outlet is supplying 230vac. There are converters that will also convert the voltage, but those are significantly larger, heavier, and more expensive...in almost all cases you're better off just traveling with appliances that support universal voltage and a plug adapter like this one.

Very easy (and necessary) item to use when traveling out of the U.S.. The integral USB ports were a real plus for us in France. This is NOT and power converter but is a GREAT power plug adapter. I checked our devices before traveling to France and they all were safe to use with either the 120v as well as the 210+-v (CPAP and Apple watch/phone/iPad)

Bought for a trip to Europe and worked wonderfully. We stayed in some old places and the light letting me know that there was power coming to the outlet saved me MULTIPLE times as not every outlet worked in our Air BnB's. I will note the pamphlet that came inside the carrying case told me to use an adapter in Italy that wasn't provided. But, a quick google told me that one of the other adapters that was included would work just fine and it did. The whole case is bulky- so i just took the unit with the adapters I was using and that was just fine. I loved that I could plug multiple things in at once and not carry multiple adapters.

Took this to Scandinavia and it worked great. It has adapters for every country and is in a really nice little case that fits easily in your luggage.

Great adapter -worked everywhere. I could even charge up and use my hair dryer. Will definitely be using it on my next trip in September. You can pack only the parts you need based on the courtries you are headed to -so it doesn't take up much room. Worth your consideration if you tavel alot and want to be sure you can charge an iron or a hairdryer which takes a ton more electricity.

This worked better than expected. Has different adapters since Europe uses different style outlets. Used it to steam our clothes from our trip to Croatia.

*Changing my review from one star to five stars. The reason is for the top drawer response and effort the seller put in to get to the root problem of why my device was defective. In addition, the seller gave me a refund, without me even asking. This tells me that they have a good product and they stand behind it. I would buy from this seller again and trust they would back their products. Don't waste your money. I purchased this to take to Italy in September 2025. Worked fine. I went back to Italy in May 2026 and it worked sporadically for 3 days and then wouldn't power on for tne rest of the month, even though I only used compatible devices (only mechanical control devices, not electronically control devices). Needless to say, the only place for this product is in the trash can because it's garbage.

I picked this up for my wife who took it on vacation in Asia. Worked great in three different countries.

Works great. The USB-C ports and cable are a great feature. Carrying case also comes in handy.

Really nice with lots of options to charge multiple devices at the same time. Had it in Thailand and it charged all 3 of my devices at the same time
