I have been fatigued for about a decade. It varies from day to day, but menopause really stripped me of my energy. It was depressing because I kept being told I might be "depressed" and to take an anti-depressant. I grew very tired of hearing that as I am the opposite.... very happy, have so much I want to be doing, many hobbies, but just thinking about actually doing them made me feel tired. This was a game changer. Took it yesterday (1 pill) and then again today (1 pill) and the difference in my energy levels is pretty remarkable, without feeling nervous. I cannot fully recall what put me on to this product but it has been a game changer for my stress and cortisol levels. I have tried a few cortisol reducers and some were good mainly referring to the one my daughter Psychiatrist recommended but I found this to surpass it in very way. It works quickly to calm me and stop the racing thoughts and stress. I tend to double up (take 4 ) when I’m feeling extremely overwhelmed which has been working great for me. I told my sister about it and for her it kept her up at nights and that’s because she took it at night. However, I take it in the morning with my other meds and have not had any issues with sleep interference. The pill size is not too big and they glide down the esophagus easily with water. I take it on a empty stomach as I do with all meds and have not had any issues with it. It works pretty quickly - I think I feel the effects within 10 to 30 minutes after taking it depending on the dosage I take.I would definitely recommend this if you need a stress reliever and a cortisol reducer.

I am seeing n feeling great results taking the herb for anxiety depression and PTSD its been a big game changer for me and I feel actually more energy and to be honest I think it's helping me in the gym too.I have only been taking it for about 2 weeks I take one capsules and one 500mgs of ashwagandha just in the morning seems to be working Great.
