I believe it is made in USA. It is the BEST measuring cups I have ever owned. Very sturdy and excellent quality.

China. These are really very nice.

Yes. A very small spout but works as intended.

Q: Can these be used in a commercial kitchen setting?

I don't see any reason it couldn't. It's good solid stainless steel and should hold up well.
