Very happy with this purchase. I own two of these pens from 30 years ago. But the clicker mechanism on both has worn out. The pen just purchased is exactly like its "ancestors,” but works perfectly. The stainless steel finish on all 3 pens looks great.

I have two brands of pens in my regular rotation. This one and the original AG7 Fisher space pen.I used to carry the Fisher pen every day in my pocket but then the price started going up more and more and now the cost of losing it is way too much for me to risk. I switched back to the Parker and I am perfectly happy with it. Once the refill empties I may swap it with a Fisher refill however.I have several of these now, I carry one everyday and have one at my desk at work as well as a few spares.I really like that they are all metal, no apparent plastic bits inside. I've never had one fail The only reason I replace them is because I lose them or they walk away.The refill that it comes with lasts a long time compared to cheaper pens and is of course replaceable.

Bought this as a part of a gift for a 16 year old girl, my niece. It's sturdy and smooth. I know because my father owns several of the same exact pen. My niece is in high school and needs at least one good pen. This will serve her well throughout her high school and college years. She will like this pen a lot. It's a silver color, though not as shiny as some pens. It's not too thick or too thin. It's just right for her slender little fingers.

Since I prefer black ink, I picked up a pack of black refills, and they work perfectly.I take a lot of notes at work, and this pen has quickly become my favorite meeting pen.
