It’s a colorful, encyclopedic like read. Doesn’t have a storyline but easy to read fun facts with fun pictures.

Lots of good facts here but there are too many words on a page which can be distracting for a 3 year old. On the other hand, 3 yr olds have great memories so the facts are interesting for them.

This is a fantastic book in great shape as described and delivered sooner than expected!

I have purchased this book for several young children in my family - all love the engaging pictures and informative information. They know try to stump the adults with the knowledge they have learned. Recommend for all public and school libraries.

Wonderful book. Lots of animal facts. However, Hippos can swim. They push and move water with their powerful back legs to get across a river.

I buy books for a Christmas Advent calendar for my grands. This was a perfect addition to their small pile and it was opened and read with glee. :)

Fabulous illustrations which engage young readers, complimented by great factual data! A must for every child's library. This book truly makes learning fun.

Cute book for 4-6ish kids, but even as an adult, I learned some new things. Really cute illustrations.

Our 4 year old enjoys looking at these books because of their fun illustrations, but I think any primary school-age child would appreciate them (we discovered these books in Barbados of all places, and now we're back we've bought the whole series). Packed full of really interesting facts, presented in an engaging way.
