I’ve been taking these for about 3-4 months now. I appreciate getting all of the amino acids my body needs. Let’s face it, each of us need something right? So with this having ingredients to help balance us in ways we probably never knew about, I have no complaints thus far. I suffer from Epstein Barr Syndrome and fatigue, over exhaustion is the primary issue- for me. These seem to have helped a lot. I used to have trouble with waking up in the morning. And not like 10,11 am but 6,7 am. Ive been waking between 3:30-4:00 am regardless off amount of sleep or quality of sleep I get. I generally wake up, shower, workout (home gym), shower again, get started for the day with my senior rescue dog. Preparing her meals, medications, maybe make her a dozen freezer treats, etc. I then move onto preparing and cooking dinner for later. I have a quiet vacuum so I generally do the am vacuum while pup and husband are still asleep. Laundry, dishes, feed the outside wildlife and am done by 8 am! I mean my rescue and husband get up between then. It’s tasteless to me, I always struggle with pill size and these are no different. I do take these with other supplements daily without any problems. I don’t notice any appetite control. I wish the price was more affordable so I could take more than one serving a day but with everything else- vitamins, prescriptions and other supplements, it all costs me more than a week of groceries. Maybe one day they will offer regulars sales and not just subscriptions.

I’ve been taking these Perfect Amino tablets with my clean keto diet. They’re convenient for when I’m on the go but still want a full essential amino acid profile for my workout or everyday energy. From what I’ve read, they’re up to 99% bioavailable(?), meaning that nearly all the amino acids are used by the body to build your muscle and repair tissue with hardly any of it wasted or turned into calories. The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact. PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers. MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side. That said, for someone like me, in an active keto-focused lifestyle right now and often rushing out the door, this has been a solid and hassle-free way to get higher quality amino acids without dragging around protein shakes or nasty protein bars. If you’re ok with the price, I recommend them.

Have been taking this Amino blend for 2 months . As I am trying to loose weight and gain muscle at 57, it is tough. Taking two soon as I get up , with my NAD and a Polyphenol 1/2 hour before I eat. With my weight training and cardio, it gives my the edge in the morning pre- workout . I am less weight and put on more muscle than before I used this product.

There is no taste These are the pills but they are excellent especially for keeping muscles while fasting

These are awesome for those of us that can’t stomach protein powders without it being smothered with ice cream defeating the purpose of getting fit lol They might not work quite as well as a drink but they definitely work. They smell like toots but are easy to just take real quick. I did find that the smaller batch I purchased at the grocery store were slightly smaller and easier to swallow. Not sure if I got an older version off Amazon but it wasn’t expired and my experience was fine. I will be purchasing from the grocery store though from now on since I found out they carry it

I have ordered this product based on a TikTok recommandation + the amazingly positive reviews I read about this product made me want to try it, the seller *exborders* delivered it on a timely manner, the product is genuine and was delivered in a good state (not hot)! I have yet to see results yet it seems to be effective to cover up my protein daily needs.
