This is my third brand of melatonin I've tried. I used gummies for several months and they did an OK job but I was still not getting the amount of sleep I needed. Then I switched to NatureGenx and it made all the difference, I was getting more REM and Deep sleep then ever before ( I have a sleep tracker), plus I was sleeping longer. Sadly I ran out so I tried a time release brand. It didn't work for me at all.I re-ordered NatureGenx and can't wait for it to arrive so I can get a decent, quality nights sleep. I won't be switching brands again.

With a husband that snores, a 40 acre farm to run, our own business with 10 employees, and the usual daily chores, I should sleep like a baby but wasn't. This seems "gentler" than chewable or pill forms I've taken. It doesn't knock me right out, but once I fall asleep I sleep well, without the weird nightmares I've had with other forms of melatonin.

I've always been an insomniac. I wake up several times and it takes literally hours to fall back asleep. This is wonderful. I sleep until my bladder wakes me up. Then fall back to sleep right away. It's heaven sent for me.

I wear a Fitbit and it records sleep quality. I checked my stats because I ‘thought’ I was sleeping better and wondered if there were any changes there. My sleep really has improved since I started taking this! Less restlessness and overall better scores. And I fall asleep faster. I’m so glad I found this product!
