Are these 2cm ? Where can I get just the black ones?

They are smaller than 2 cm, probably 1.5 cm. We haven't seen only black color. Only the ones that come included in this pack.

Anyone know what the diameter of these?

I know they're small. Good for kids. Not good for thick, adult hair. Would fit snug around 2 to 3 fingers. Would not be comfortable around the wrist

Do they have the gel minis in black only. Love these you only have to wrap them twice and they stay.

I have never seen them in black only. There are 4 black ones in every pack though, if that helps.

Would these work on a 20 month old with thin hair?

I have fine hair and these hair ties work just fine for me. I imagine that it depends on how much hair (and how long) the 20 month old has to tie back.
