When I bought this product it was only 10 dollars and that is an amazing deal for this product. I was using the Stamet brand mushrooms and those are 40 to 50 dollars for products like this. Now that it's 25 dollars a bottle I'm less inclined to buy this product again. Taking mushroom complex like this have served me very well. Lion's Mane actually woke my brain up after a major concussion where I couldn't remember what I was talking about mid sentence. After taking lion's mane I was able to function normally again and had a great memory and learning abilities. The Reishi mushroom is great for blood sugar regulation and other regulations of the body. The rest of them are great for immune boost as well. I honestly don't seem to ever get sick while taking these complex's I've been working at a homeless shelter for over a year now through all this Covid pandemic and have not gotten sick during all of that time while taking mushroom complex.

I started taking complex mushroom supplements to help with my anxiety, irritability, cognitive performance and general health (I was finding myself sick a lot). I've tried many other supplements for my different issues and none really helped (some made things worse even), but once I started taking a complex mushroom supplement I felt a difference within the same day! Some of the companies only use the stem of the mushrooms during the extraction process for the supplements (it's much cheaper to mass produce using this method), Dr. Danielle's mushroom supplement uses the "fruit" of the mushrooms; and even though the stems still contain a myriad of nutrients and benefits, the "fruit" is where the majority of the mushrooms nutrients are stored. Within an hour of my first dose of Dr. Danielle's I could definitely tell a difference in the quality and the potency levels of her supplement compared to the previous one I had been taking. My energy levels were increased, mental clarity and acuity were increased and I had a general sense of wellbeing that's hard to put into words. Well done Dr. Danielle, you've won me over with this one. If you're thinking about trying a mushroom supplement, you should definitely give this one a shot.

I just received my bottle of Mushroom Complex and look forward to feeling better and also know that it'll be good for my history of breast cancer. The capsules have no smell and were easy to swallow and I'm excited about all of the other reviews. The expiration date was also great allowing for up to 3 years, even though it will be finished long before then. I will update my review after having taken the supplement and hopefully raise my stars from 4 to 5! Thank you!
