I don't usely leave reviews But these are amazing only been takeing for 5days and my appetite has decreased rapidly if i do feel hungry i will get food take a bite and not want anymore would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again

I've been taking these for about two weeks now and found they work really well for me. I generally eat quite healthy meals, but I've always struggled with snacking and sugar cravings and have always had to be incredibly strict with myself in order to lose weight. This supplement has enabled me to find a healthy middle ground with my eating habits. I still get hungry, but feel less compulsion to eat outside of set mealtimes. Foods with high sugar content can feel a little overwhelming after a few bites, so are more easily limited now. I still enjoy food, but I no longer feel an inability to stop eating when I am full. I have been taking these tablets for around a week now. Before taking these tablets i foind my urge for sweet sugary things was absolutely out of control. I would eat an entire packet of biscuits without even thinking about it. Since i have started these tablets i have found my cravings for sweet things has reduced massively! So i still feel hunger i still want to eat but my brain isnt clouded with sugar addiction so i can actually make a better decision of what to eat. In the evenings i would always be looking for a sweet treat but i havent since taking these tablets. Really happy with them and i think they will definitely help with my weighloss goals.

Wow what can I say well I didn't think they would work I've tried everything out there .It took. A few day to kick in but stopped all food cravings especially chocolate the snack attack we get .its like a miracle pill for me I've lost weight already gives you energy .I'm a normal person writing a honest review this has changed my life in a less then a week onwards and upwards I'll report back on in a month its crazy .for the price .Hope they don't stop selling this suplement .I'm 53 in menapause so been hard to lose weight just wow

This is good, it definitely suppresses my appetite. However, I’m pretty sure they are making me break out 😬. My skin was clear for about 4 months and then I started taking these and I’ve broken out ever since. Hopefully will stop. If it doesn’t by the end of the month I will definitely stop and see what happens!

I have repurchased these and changed my eating habits. I eat less carbs, low sugar and a healthy diet and my appetite has reduced. I would not be without these as I am less hungry. Definitely worth a try as an alternative to those weight loss jabs with horrendous side effects. I have no stomach issues and I suffer with IBS. I am now gluten free after finding out I have a wheat intolerance. My facial skin has broken out with blemishes but I am in menopause but it could be the toxins coming out and I have products to treat this.
