I ordered this wearable red light therapy device in the hope that it would help with my recent wrist injury. Well, it does seem to help. It is pretty comfortable to wear and easy to use, and does a decent job of relieving the pain to a lesser degree. The material and build quality seems great as well. It has a premium feel, and a good heft to it.The device is rechargeable via USB-C (both charging cable and power adapter provided). It has 9x 660nm red light and 1x 910nm infrared light underneath, plus a power button and a vibration button on the top. Press & hold the power button to turn it on. Short press it to turn the red light on. Then press the vibration button for the optional massage (press again to cycle through the 3 available speed and finally turn off).The device comes with a silicone "watch case" in which you can fit the device. Two velcro straps in different length are provided. They are slightly stretchable, so it is pretty easy and comfortable to secure the device on the wrist.A therapy session is 30 minutes long. The device will auto turn off (with a soft, audible beep). I could feel a noticeable difference immediately after my first session. The pain was a little less sharp but still there. I also felt a very slight warm from the device but it was like 10-15 minutes after it had started. Not sure if it was the single infrared light or just the internal circuit warming up though.This comes well packaged in a nice, black textured hard box with a paper-stock tray and compartments inside to secure the device and accessories. It is presentable and would make a nice gift. Made in China.Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the device. It is sturdy and very well-made, pretty comfortable to wear and easy to use. It seems to help with my wrist pain. I hope the daily therapy would help with the recovery in the long run. Only time will tell. It is worth giving it a try. So far so good.

SO, my mom has been using this and she swears that she loves it. She has an arm injury from a past car accident, and she has been going to physical therapy. She said this device has done so much to relieve her pain.

If you are a fan of infrared red light therapy, this is an exciting new product. Prior to this, if you wanted to treat a small area, you had to use a huge lamp, a large belt full of lights, or a flashlight type device that you have to hold the entire time. This makes it so much easier and faster to treat a wrist, or ankle. The lights warm up fast. The entire build and design of this screams quality construction.. and it is a great conversation piece as well.

I have a chronic pain condition, and this helps alleviate some of it about as well as a strong dose of ibuprofen, but without the stomach upset or organ stress. I simply strap it to the area that hurts and turn on the light. What is this mysterious magic? Makes me wish that I could wear it as a cloak for my whole body pain, but, alas, a cloak of healing has not been created ... yet at least. I wish that it worked for my migraines too, but it did not. Works great for my feet, knees, hands, wrists, elbows, neck and shoulder so far though. Not quite as effective for my back, but that is more because of placement challenges than product insufficiencies. Definitely worth it for me. I have developed moderate kidney disease, so I cannot handle much ibuprofen anymore. I wish I had access to this technology years ago.

This is a great little device! I have a few other products similar but they’re all too large and impractical. I really like that this one uses a type c charging chord like most of my devices. Small enough to just toss in my purse. I was surprised by the massage feature. I have a few areas that hurt all over from a fall and this has helped me find relief. Very happy with this purchase

I have several autoimmune issues and suffer from chronic pain. This "Puck" is a tool I carry somewhere on my body every day. While it doesn't ever relieve all my pain, it does put a dent in it in ways meds never have touched. My chiropractor and massage therapist can always tell when I've been using it on back and shoulders as the adjustment goes much more smoothly. I'm definitely a fan!! I only wish it lasted longer between charges!!
