I don't recall the bottle had a spout. There's a tab ring that you pull out in order for the EVOO to be pourable

INTERPRETATION OF LOT. NUMBERS:

The Monini lot numbers can be read as follows:

L = abbreviation of Lot
OO = Number in two digits which identifies the day of the month of packaging which goes from 1 to 31
M = The letter which represents the month of packaging according to the following table.
A = The letter which represents the year of packaging according to the following table.
