Good stuff! I take it to help prevent kidney stones and I think its really helping! Must be taken with food though otherwise the citric acid is pretty strong.

Use to help prevent Oxalate kidney stones. Be sure to drink plenty of water and perhaps swallow a small amount of food after taking a capsule, to prevent the capsule from getting stuck on the wall of the esophagus and causing serious pain..
