Is this matte finish?

Dear client, Thanks so much for your interest in our htv rolls. Our heat transfer vinyl is matte. The iron on vinyl is sensitive to temperature and pressure, which can be heat transferred on any t-shirt easily. How many adult shirts can I make out of this?

Depending on the size but no less than 60. I average about 12x12 per design for an adult shirt

Can I use this on cotton/polyester blends?.

Yes you can. I have used this on wood, polyester shorts, cotton shirts and blended. This works great!
