UPDATE #2- 8-25-‘26 Since my last update, I was able to contact customer service at Zyllion! I spoke with Ernest. He was extremely helpful and polite. And since I was within the three year warranty period, he sent me a BRAND NEW massager!!! The new one is working great and I am extremely grateful for the great customer service and that I have my massager again. Thank you Ernest, and Zyllion! UPDATE- I’ve had this massager for 2 1/2 years now. But I only use it once or twice a month, if that often. I really enjoy it when I do use it! Problem is, it will not hold a charge now. It will do one massage and then it will not turn on again unless I put it back on charge. I know I’ve had it for a couple of years, but for not using it often, I would think it would last better. Very frustrating. I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me figure out how to fix the problem. Went to the Zyllion store page, and can’t find help there either. Tried troubleshooting or getting help through Amazon, but it just keeps me in a “revolving door”, with no point of help. I hope to hear back from someone through Amazon or Zyllion to help me figure out how to fix this. Love that this is cordless. I like that the massage will rotate from one direction to another. Love the heat option. Wish I could use it more comfortably on the base of my head, though, it’s a little too hard and powerful for that. But other than that, I am really enjoying it. Holds a very long charge.

This massager I have been using consistently for two years now and has been great and working out my muscle knots and soreness. You can literally use it on every body part and not just the neck. Over the span of two years the massage nodes and cover started wearing out but the customer service of Zyllion is one of the best by sending replacements free of charge! It’s almost like new now! I like this back and neck massager! The only problem is that the battery drains right when you feel comfortable getting the massage! Thank you!

This is one of the most powerful massage items I own. When heat mode is turned on it’s like getting a deep tissue hot stone massage. One charge last at least 45 mins. It’s light in weight and portable. Did I mention, amazing customer support if you need to contact the manufacturer for questions. I’m extremely impressed!

No cube outlet adapter?

This was the WORST BUY I've ever had on Amazon. It made me rethink buying any electronics again on Amazon. I should have just stuck with a brand I know and trusted. It NEVER CHARGED so I never got to use it. I'm a busy person and taking it back for a refund is hard...which I truly believe is what manufacturers bank on. So it's not always possible to send it back in the narrow time frame they give you. If I can save just one soul out there from wasting their money on this...it would be worth the time spent writing this review!

Product 5/5: I work from home and use this product daily. I'm in my 40s, work a desk job, and train BJJ so my neck, shoulders, and back are often sore. This massager allows me to work without any issues and really helps work out a lot of soreness. Maintenance 5/5: After a year and a half of daily use for 30 minutes to 2 hours per day, one of the plastic parts broke. The product has a zipper that makes it easy to access the internals and the part that broke is held in place with a standard phillips screw. Once I got the replacement part, it took maybe 2 minutes to replace and have back to fully functional. Support 5/5: When the above part broke, I contacted customer support from their website. They replied almost immediately and asked for pictures of the product and broken piece. After I sent pictures, they mailed me 2 replacement parts for free. I wish all companies stood by their products like this.

I found nothing to dislike really. I have been wanting to try a massager for chronic lower back pain and after reviewing them extensively on line opted for this one. I am not disappointed. This little machine is excellent for reducing spasms and pain in this brittle, 77 year old back. You can adjust the pressure just by leaning forward a bit if it’s too intense or by using the lighter mode already programmed in. Lots of adjustments are available to personalize this little massager. I am happy with the rechargeable/portable capability as well. This allows me to use the massager untethered to an electrical outlet. One negative aspect which might bother some is the heating element is a little on the mild side so don’t expect a gush of real warmth. What heat it does emit is fine for me but others might like more.

This product is amazing, and Zillion is an amazing company. My daughter dropped her unit and broke a plastic light cover. Zillion did not hesitate to replace the broken part. They did not ask for verification of sale, or ask for payment to replace the part. It’s companies like this that deserve the recognition for being respectful and honest to their customer base. If your thinking about buying a massage unit, look no further. I guarantee you will be satisfied. This has helped alot to relieve tight muscles along my spine since I've been without RMT treatment. I wish it was thinner so that it would fit comfortably in car seat and be more comfortable to use on my neck. The battery life is not very long, but it's soothing while it lasts.

Use it everyday for hips, back and neck. Amazing! Cordless is the only way to go.
