I’ve been steadily buying these once a month since last year around December. Since I’ve been using these daily, I’ve noticed lots of improvement on areas of my body that I’ve been trying to better. Hair: my hair has been growing faster, and also has better texture. There is biotin in these multivitamins and I think it has really helped my hair in regards to growth and strengthening my hair. Skin: my skin was very dry and flakey before and since I’ve been taking these vitamins my skin has become softer, I would also like to say my acne has chilled out as well. Nails: my nails feel stronger and grow faster thanks to the biotin in this supplement. Energy: the b12 in this vitamin helps me wake up and stay awake throughout my workday, also has helped me reduce frequent bouts of brain fog I used to get. Digestive health: has helped with regularity in the bathroom as well as reducing bloating TEN FOLD As for the vitamins themself, taste wise and value wise: the taste is great. I am not a pill person so I used to try gummies. All of the gummy brands I’ve tried recommend eating them twice a day whereas these are a once a day supplement. It’s very fruity, chewy, and doesn’t leave an aftertaste like some other kinds on the market. Theres a lot of things i like when it comes to this product, the major standout benefit for me is the increase in energy and focus for me. Im someone has a couple of severe mental illnesses and ive never found a multivitamin that actually works??? But this one does. I sleep a lot..because i cant stay awake majority of the day and this completely changed my energy levels. Im not sleeping as much and i feel alot more alert and present. I like that they are individually wrapped so they dont melt together and a potentially sticky mess. The flavor is great too. It tastes a little weird when i first take a chew but then after chewing it more the flavor is really yummy. Im excited to try their other multi's for skin and stress relief 10/10

The multi vitamin is kinds bad tasting but gets the job done well. Noted the Hair Skin Nails Chewsly is delicious its better than candy and I have to hide them from myself I bought the multi vitamin thinking it was the Hair skin nails by them... imagine the surprise my tasebuds felt... regardless they are great and I'll be adding them to my daily routine But seriously try the Hair Skin Nails ones they are divine

This gummy gives me 100% of most essential vitamins at a good price. The flavor is good, but each piece is very hard and quite large, so I cut it into quarters and eat one at a time. But, I have compared this product to many others and feel that this is a good quality gummy vitamin that doesn't overdo the percentage that a person needs and just eliminates and doesn't use.

Tastes berry great! Good texture for a chew. Doesn't stick to my teeth and dissolves quickly. Smells like vitamins but that's expected. So far so good, so I'll be starting my subscription soon!
