Nice fit for jeep wranglers.
Decent bike rack for the money. Used it on a trip yesterday. I have two ecocogy e bikes that weigh about 85# each. Took about twenty minutes to put together. You will need at least a crescent wrench to complete the build. Pros: When tightened up in hitch properly there really wasnโt any rattling or major movement. It fit perfectly on my 2016 jeep wrangler without having to extend with a hitch adapter. This is a big plus for jeep owners. I flipped it down and loaded the back bike. Then locked it back into place and loaded the other bike. Plenty of room. Comes with enough straps to secure both bikes. Cons: The swivel bolts for folding the arms up and down should be carriage bolts for easier tightening. My last bike rack had a click lock system for the hold down bars to secure the bikes. The wing nut system is a little slower and more fumbling. Overall, for half or a third of the cost of some of the racks out there, this bike rack is a nice rack. You get what you pay for but i have no complaints.

Very adjustable and secured my bike.
I love this bike rack. It held my bike really secure. I like the fact that it folds up and I can leave it on the car and still get in the back of my Honda Pilot with the adjustable feature. I did buy an extra hitch stabilizer for it and I didn't have any problems with it wobbling so I don't know how it would be without it. I like the fact that it is adjustable for different size bikes. My son's electric bike is much bigger and heavier than mine, but it holds both of them perfectly. I did buy a crossbar as my bike is a step through and it didn't have the bar to secure at the top. The thing about it though, I think I could have still secured it fine even if I hadn't bought the cross bar as that part goes low enough to reach the low point on my bike. In fact in the way home from my camping trip I turned both the same way and secured the bottom of my bike with one and used the other with the crossbar. It comes with straps to secure the tires to the rack and they held the bike securely. The rack itself is pretty easy to install on my Honda. My son installed it for me but even though It is a bit heavy I could have done it myself if I didn't have him around. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new bike rack

Great build with sturdy feel
I've been searching for awhile for an affordable and solid rack for my 2 ebikes, and I finally found it. Great value for the price, solid materials, great fit and awesome stability for both my bikes. My wife and I both have full size fat tire bikes weighing about 75lbs each. This rack supports it no issues with the sturdy build. With the tilt feature its easy to add on and remove, or even leave on my hitch for extended periods at a time. I did take off a star though as it rests too easily. For the price I assumed there was more protective coating but I left it on my car a couple rainy evenings and it rusted at the joints. I haven't seen any impact on thd safety or integrity of the product but just something to note. I highly recommend this product and you spray with a protective outer layer for it to be perfect. Great buy.

Impressively made and very robust 2 bike rack
OMG! This bike rack at twice the price would be worth a 5 star review. As a longtime metal fabricator myself, I can't say enough about the quality of the design and the amazing fit/finish of the final product. Holes are drilled in exactly the right places, everything fits beautifully, thoughtful reinforcement exists at the areas that will receive the most stress as the vehicle goes bouncing down the road with a couple of hundred pounds on the rack. Assembly was straightforward, there were no missing parts, the instructions were good--I used the exploded views in the instructions along with the parts list rather than the text instructions. The ONE caveat for this rack--not a criticism but a fact that might be relevant to someone--is that it is entirely steel construction which makes it fairly heavy to pick up and insert in the vehicle hitch; this will be a two person job for many people. The fix for this issue, if it is one, is to buy a rack made of aluminum or other lighter alloy which will dramatically increase the price.

Safety Concern
SELLER PLS NOTE! There is a safety concern with this product. This bike carrier has a total of 9 wing nuts with which to hand tighten various pieces in place. The 2 hooks that hold the bikes in place in the center at the top have these wing nuts, but they also have additional safety pins to limit how far the hook can travel in case a wing nut comes loose. The wheel support racks on the horizontal pieces do not have these safety pins. Today I was on a long drive with no bikes on the carrier. The rack was folded upward. I stopped for gas and decided to check the bike carrier and verify that all wing nuts were snug. Upon inspection, I found that one of the wheel racks had not just come loose, but was gone! I only hope that it bounced harmlessly off the road. I don't want to think of what damage that piece of steel may have caused to someone's car. The cost of 2 more safety pins could have prevented this and could possibly prevent a serious car accident. As of now, my 2 bike carrier that I have only had for a few days is now capable of carrying 1 bike carrier and a unicycle. I would like to be contacted regarding this issue. I don't want to have to buy an entire new carrier to replace this one piece. If you have this carrier, there are various solutions to prevent this from happening to you. I will be drilling a hole through the ends of the horizontal bars and putting a nut and bolt through it. To be clear, this carrier is otherwise a very good value for the price.

Disappointed
I will start with the good. It was easy to assemble, folds up nicely, has plenty of room for two bikes, and is adjustable to different bike sizes. I have mixed thoughts on the hitch pin which is threaded and screws through the sleeve hitch. This is good that it snugs it up and helps to stabilize it. Definitely need to also use a separate stabilizer. Since the hitch pin is screwed in, that prevents theft, but also prevents quick and easy removal. Now onto the bad. The metal it is made of is acceptable, however, there are limited welds. They spot welded a small section (of any of it) and the rest is unwelded. I believe there were reviews about failures because of this. There is rusting through the paint after only three days of being installed on the back of my truck. All of the locking knobs are plastic and prone to breaking. I had a difficult time of getting the tire holders to tighten along the supports. I did not try to use the included velcro straps to hold the wheels, I used ratchet straps in creative ways to secure everything and make me feel better while driving down the road. I do not recommend this rack for heavier ebikes, it will not hold the weight, no matter what they say. I have two light weight ebikes and it was fine, they each are 50 lbs. Overall, my biggest complaint is the minimal welding. For regular bikes, this product would be fine. Good luck.

Excellent quality. Built well.
I put it together in about 15 minutes. Good instructions. Very sturdy and solid. I love that the centre post easily moves out of the way to load and unload the rear bike. Easily adjusts to the bikeโs wheel base. Due to step-thru bikes, the bars holding the centre of the bike had to be lowered, thus the straps were used to add security to the bikes. With a crossbar added, I wonโt need the straps. Very happy with the purchase!

Best bang for your buck you'll ever spend!
This is one hell of an ebike rack. Heavy duty, practical and easy to assemble. Price point less than half of a lot of name brand bike racks. Used several times and does not disappoint.

Really Good for Two E-Bikes
I'm really pleased with this rack. It is well designed and stout. I bought a single motorcycle rack from Princess Auto that was not as sturdy. One star off for not having some other options to shorten the length from the back of the vehicle. With the stock receiver pin hole, the rack stuck out pretty far from my Odyssey bumper - maybe to being problematic for coming off my little hill of a driveway at the street. But I wanted to keep the length in case I mount it on the back of our trailer. I drilled a new pin hole to shorten it up. It's a bit wobbly, but that probably has something to do with fitting universally into different receivers world-wide. I find that the bikes block the taillights on our Odyssey, but I bought some temporary trailer lights from Princess Auto for $20, that bungee onto the front wheel and rack of my bike securely. It all works great.

Sturdier than expected. Impressed.
I've been searching for a good bike rack for weeks. I needed a 200lbs capacity rack for 2 88lbs e-bikes. I also needed a rack that tilt so I can open my truck tailgate without having to remove the rack. I went to Thule store and they asked me 1200$ for a rack that can support 140lbs. Then I found this rack. I ordered it and received within 24 hrs. I read a lot of reviews before I pressed "buy now". A lot of people say it's har to put together. I tend to agree with that statement. If you are the manual type of person, you will figure it out without difficulties. If not, you may need some help because the pictures in the instructions are not intuitive. Adding some colors and bigger pictures would help. You will notice some wobbling after you finished fixing the brackets. I used extra washers between the frame and the brackets which makes it perfect. The rack is strong. I guess it can support more than 200lbs. I had 2 bikes on it (approx 50lbs total for both) and I was able to step and jump on it and it didn't budge at all. I'm 210lbs. It is very sturdy for sure. While I was driving, I could watch the rack with my Ford Co-pilot 360 camera. It didn't budge, even while driving over speed bumps. The components and finish are very good quality for the price! Yes Thule racks look nicer. But they can't support 200lbs+ and they cost 4 times more... I'm not sure how the plastic knobs will react during cold winters in Canada though. We'll see. The velcro straps to tie down the tires are not the best choice. Velcro doesn't last long when you use it often. I ordered four 1" x 2' rachet straps which I will use to tie down my 4.8" wide fat tires. The hooks are doing their job of retaining the bikes. I wish they had an anti-theft lock. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice. You can buy this rack with confidence.

Great Bike Carrier!! Highly Recommend
Bought this bike carrier for hauling my heavy e-bikes on my Ford Bronco and works amazingly. Holds my two e-bikes that weigh about 150 lbs together without any issues. Both bikes stay super stable without much moving around even on semi rough back roads. Very impressed with the quality and the fact that I didnโt need an extender to clear my rear tire.
