Quality and heavy gauge
This product is exactly as it appears. It’s a heavy gauge non-stick baking pan. I have made brownies in it and they turned out nicely and evenly baked. I really like the extra lip that surrounds it. It make it easier to grab from the oven and depending on what I may bake in it, it will prevent oven spills. For me the spring form is tight. I can’t see any cheesecake possibly leaking thru this. I recommend.

VERY HEAVY DUTY
This is a very substantial and heavyweight springform pan. It is useful to make square cheesecakes and they release easily after running a knife around the sides. I did wrap the bottom with foil but the pan did not leak. The clean up was simple. I did lower my oven temp 25 degrees because of the dark color of the pan and it worked out perfect.

Excellent Purchase
This is a very high quality springform pan. Substantial, solid and well designed, I am sure this will be the last springform pan I ever need to purchase. Far superior to the one it is replacing and well worth the price.

Looks and feels like quality
I wanted a square spring form pan for a special cheesecake recipe. After reading comments on several square pans, I chose this one even though it was more expensive because I have other Anolon baking and saucepans. I am very careful with the nonstick surface but eventually the surface deteriorates. I love the weight, the snap closure, size and square shape. It is perfect. The cheesecake recipe has a crust made with Graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. One reviewer complained that butter was leaking out during the baking process. Either she was using too much butter or did not have the pan sides firmly locked onto the base. My experience with this cheesecake recipe and the pan was just perfect. My oven bakes unevenly but the cake was divine. Very happy with the 9" square spring form pan.

Heavy duty, teflon coating is well done, but it isn't water tight
Just received my Anolon and quickly made my favorite Junior's No 1 cheesecake. The pan is reasonably heavy duty, the latch seems well made, the rivets are tight and the teflon is well executed and thicker than the cheapo pans. The lip on the bottom seems fine, but I tested it first by filling it with water. The H2O leaked out. Makes me really nervous about putting this in a water bath while baking. I used it with the sponge cake batter and it seems to have worked, but I skipped the water bath. I haven't decided to keep it or ask for a replacement......any thoughts?

Was given one for my birthday and it has become my favorite springform!
I love the one that I was given for my birthday last year so much that I purchased another one for me and one for a gift for my sister!They are incredibly solid and durable, the coating is great and makes for easy clean up (Cheesecakes and other cakes on the side just wipe off with no effort) and has not scratched and and the shape is just wonderful. Love the covered latch - really is a nice touch.Buy this!

FABULOUS!
What a wonderful product. For more years than I can count, I have been making New York style cheesecake (the one that calls for 2 1/2 lbs of cream cheese), with O.K. results, using my old aluminum spring form pan. Finally it gave way, thank goodness, so I bought this Analon pan. It works very well, cheese cake cooks more evenly, with less cracking. I didn't even wrap it and put it into a pan of water, and the cheese cake turned out perfectly, cooked evenly. I used to wrap and sumerge my old thin aluminum once in a while, but found it to be too much trouble most of the time. With this pan, you don't have to worry about it, it cooks evenly without the water bath. I am also replacing the old aluminum pan in our winter home. I don't make cheesecake all that often, but when I do I want it to turn out perfectly. The ingredients are pricey, so it is worth it to have the best pan for the job.

Great Pan
I love this pan! I've made 2 Christmas Fruit cakes in in and it works perfectly! I also doubled a meat loaf recipe, bakes it and it turned out perfectly! I love it.

tough finish
Love, it does not leak and no scratches. Iv used a butter knife cutting cheese cake and quish. Finish is commercial.
