Bought these because we were tired of the wooden skewers burning up during the grilling process, and also the kabobs were hard to remove after grilling.These arrived very quickly; set them aside until we were ready to grill kabobs again. Tried them out last night and were very pleased. They are sturdy, easy to thread the meat and vegetables on prior to cooking, don't burn up in the process of cooking, the meat and veggie slid right off with the help of the release mechanism at the loop end of the skewer. They washed up easily, even though I had not used any type of oil or spray prior to cooking (which I had meant to do, but forgot). They washed up quickly ih the kitchen sink with soap and water, gave them a good rinse and laid them out on a kitchen towel to air dry.One caution -- they DO get very hot on the grill, so be sure to use a pair of tongs when turning them, and when taking them off the grill. I had to use my silicone mitts to activate the mechanism and slide them off the skewer to our plates. I like to use the silicone mitts, because they can be easily cleaned after this process and not end up with stains, thereby looking ugly and stained

I used these on the grill last night for some chicken. The little slider thingy works great for removing the food from the skewer.

Great product! Arrived same day. Loved how sturdy and heavy-duty these skewers are vs bamboo sticks or other flimsy products I've used in the past. Was able to fit a lot of meat/veggies onto it. Love the slider to release the cooked food vs using a fork to try and get the meat/veggies off. Would definitely recommend.

Worked great for grilling big, marinated shrimp at our 4th of July BBQ!

I love these. They are quite long, and I can fit a lot of food on them. I love that they are reusable. I suggest sliding the food off of the skewer and onto a plate for eating.

These are the best kabob holder I've seen the little handle on the end let you push the meat off real easy. Will be purchasing some more.
