Q: does the adjuster work on these. if so, how? i get there’s only two ways to turn but i turned them both ways and did not notice a change

You need to adjust it in the evening to see a difference. I used my garage door to shine it on. I was about 30 feet away and was able to adjust it. Also I used new and bright light to adjust it. I hope that helps.
