Realible
It has been helping my 10 years old to focus on school and keep up with all her activities. It’s like a battery for her brain. The only thing is that it’s hard to found it available all the time

Great product!
Great product, you can't find this much Omegas in other supplements. It's a high dose. Awesome for health. Easy swallow as it's a 3 capsules dose

Price fluctuates, product is unavailable, and I'm not sure it does much
I found these last December when looking for fish oil supplements to help with ADHD for our son. It has some published 'clinical studies', which I read, and although small, seemed plausible. I bought these for our son to try. First, the gels are HUGE. Thankfully our son is good at swallowing things and has been able to manage. Strangely, this spring when the company said 'new smaller gels'... they weren't any smaller in size than before. Only now the bottle reads that the child should take 3 gels a day instead of 2. I only give our son 2 a day. Second, I set this up under the Subscribe and Save, since it would be something he'd take daily, but more often than not, I receive emails that the product is unavailable for shipment. When I go look at the product page, often it is there and available, which makes it odd that Amazon isn't fulfilling it under the Subscribe and Save plan. But more surprisingly, is how much the price fluctuates! Some months it is $35, other months it is $52 or more. I am shocked. It is unbelievably expensive as it is, without these dramatic price changes and product availability. Lastly, our son has taken these for 6 months now and I'm not really certain that I've seen much of a change in the ADHD-type behaviors. I do think omega-3s are good for overall cardiovascular health, and likely helpful with ADHD, however, I think it is just time to go find a different omega-3 that is reliably available, more reasonably priced, and can offer similar health benefits. I gave this product 6 months to work, but all of the negatives (size, availability, price) far outweigh the limited impact on ADHD. I will be looking for something else.

Perfect size for young ones
We went through many different omega/focus type gummies before finding these. My son hated the taste of every single one of them and wanted to try pill form. Fish oil is always such a large pill but when I found these I gave them a try. He has no problems swallowing them and now I don’t have any issues getting him to take his vitamins in the morning. Win / win

They're way too big (see pictures for size reference)
My 9 year old tends to choke on them with how big they are, and coughs them back up. For reference, he can swallow his Ritalin, vitamin D, and multivitamin all at once, but just one of these fish oil pills is too much for him to handle. We've definitely seen an improvement in his mood and behavior since starting them a month and a half ago, but for the price, it's just not worth risking half of them getting stuck in his throat and coming back up. I'm going to switch to the gummies and see how he does with those. Unfortunately, that also means that I have almost a full bottle that's going to go to waste now.
