It doesn't get as warm as a heating pad ... but it definitely gets warm. It is much thinner and easy to use. There are 3 (I think) stones that heat up in a space about 3 inches wide and tall. I used in on the side of my neck where it hurts. My doctor says that the foam collars are not a good thing anymore. This collar allows you to move your neck and position it where you need the heat. You can still easily turn your head.Only problem is that there are no instructions and I wasn't sure how it worked. I e-mailed the company and I think I had a response in less than an hour. I wish it got a little warmer.

Works as advertised. I have headaches and suffer with migraines. I had alot of stiffness in my neck which is now gone. My sinuses always are messed up but it cleared up after using this brace. I'm so proud to let everyone know how this really helped me. I can't wait to buy this for my parents as they are older and suffer with stiffness. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Products are more cheaply made than I anticipated, based on the price. The "neck brace" is NOT a neck brace. It's more like a neck wrap. :) I couldn't wear it but 5-10mins max, as the magnets started to burn. That was really unfortunate because that was the reason I bought this kit.I haven't used the sleeping mask, though I have tried it on. I really appreciate the nose 'cutout' as that makes the eyes completely dark, unlike some other sleep masks without it. I could see light at the nose, but I believe it will block out enough light that I'll sleep just fine when needed.I haven't used the ear plugs either. Don't have a need for them.

This neck brace does exactly what it says. It warms my neck and decrease some of the pain. I am so very glad that I purchased it. It is well worth the price and I will be recommending it to friends.

The first time I tried this self-heating neck brace, I didn't feel it heating up. The second time I tried it, I still didn't feel any temperature heat, but had an allergic reaction to it, as if it was infused with hot peppers. It's probably too late to send it back, so it will be tossed.
