stable and easy to grip
Lightweight, stable and easy to grip, the MyEcoYoga blocks have improved my yoga practice. They've added safety and stability to the poses I couldn't do without them by providing a firm, comfortable, elevated anchor for my hands and hips, They also make a terrific seat for meditation.
