Broken handle issue
I purchased this item for my Grandaughter in June 2025 and she loved it. Unfortunately the handle has come away from the bag which I find very disappointing after such a short time of using it.Not sure if it was faulty or defective in some way but I have reordered it today as she loves the design so much. I enclose pictures for consideration of a full refund for my purchase in June 2025 and hope the one Iโve just ordered is more resilient.I look forward to hearing from you.

Not big enough for a laptop

Nice bag but smells like mold
I love the color of this bag, but sadly I am returning it. When I opened the box there was an overwhelming smell like mold, I put it outside to air out, still smelled like mold. If it was not for that one problem, I would have kept the bag, it really is nice ๐

Surprised by the quality

Great purse
This purse is perfect for my workday purse I can fit so much into it and there is plenty of room for more lol. I have received so many compliments on it. I definitely will be purchasing more of these bags in other colors
