Perfect replacement; works well; still using original one but it can go down anytime and I wanted to be sure we had a backup ready to go.

This remote was a lifesaver. Our previous “grandma remote” had worn-out buttons and was constantly losing connectivity, so replacing it was long overdue. The Polk Audio universal soundbar remote arrived brand new and connected almost immediately with little to no programming required. Setup was quick, the buttons are responsive, and it works exactly as intended. It brought our soundbar back to life without the frustration we were dealing with before. BOUGHT it Dec 13th 2025... received it 12-18-25... Not even 50 days later it stopped working... will not charge up no matter what!!!! From what the research says the computer board is SHOT... 50 DAYS AND IT'S NO GOOD.. This was entirely too expensive for it to work ONLY 50 days!!!

Worked right out of the box, the buttons feel way better than original remote

This was a perfect replacement for our TV. Unfortunately our dogs chewed up the first one and got into this one as well (not as bad). The remote overall replaced the original, was very easy to pair, easy to charge (when you have to, the battery lasts a long time). Would recommend

My dog ate my Frame TV remote and I ordered this. As good as the original, and it's black instead of white. Paired instantly to my frame TV and I've had no issues since. Think the battery life might be better than the original too.

Purchased this remote in October 2025 and it has now completely stopped working. It won’t charge via the usb, sun, or after replacing the battery. It started declining a month or two after we got it but I assumed it was due to being left in a spot without much light. Outside the window of return so will have to replace, not worth the risk, go with the Samsung brand.

i'm not happy about this replacement as it's not 100% as the original , the commands taking a lot of time and we have to keep it in the charger in order to be able to use. i don't recommend it

I bought this to replace my polk s2 remote which never worked great when it was new(they really need better remotes they are crap which is a shame because the sound bar is fantastic)and stopped working recently. Had to wait nearly a month for it too arrive, and it was in good shape well wrapped etc however as soon as I picked it up I was worried as I was even lighter than the original, which I didn't think was possible. My worry was confirmed when I tried to pair it, absolutely nothing. I tried everything, my wife tried, my son tried nothing. I get the impression that the remote is just an empty plastic box so I think a hammer is in order to open it and see. I fell pretty disappointed with this purchase and will not be buying anything for a US amazon marketplace ever again. Lesson learned:(
