This urinal has been a huge improvement over the standard hospital-style ones.The hose connection does exactly what it’s supposed to—it keeps everything where it should be, which gives me a level of confidence I didn’t have before. That alone makes a big difference.It’s very convenient. Collection, emptying, and cleanup are all straightforward and much less of a hassle. No spills.I’ve used it in the car, at the edge of the bed, and in my wheelchair without worrying about spills or accidents. That kind of reliability is hard to overstate.Overall, a simple but very well-designed product that makes daily life a lot easier.

Customers should know that this product is made well and is designed properly for its intended use. $20-$24 is not too much to pay for this product. It is a great value. A 2000ml capacity is equal to two hospital bottle fill-ups. For me it is one to two days, no more. Placing it into a hospital plastic wash basin is a great idea because if you fill it up and not know it (because you bought the blue one-----and not the white one), you will have a mess on your hands. And that is on you, not the manufacturer! I have already over-filled mine twice, after just one day of use. Put it into a bucket or something to make over-flow a non issue. The seller says it can work in a car or a bed. That I would love to see! Gravity is the key.!! If you can't create a downward flow, you will be in trouble. And the downward flow needs to be sufficient for the cup on this thing to be able to handle it. I can't get it to work to my satisfaction in either the bed or the car. I need to stand or kneel, or lay sideways in bed. Sitting in a car seat requires more of a challenge. Wet underwear is the norm, not the exception! Most car seats place your butt below the seat edge. Bottom line is: The design is good. The size at the anatomy end is good. The size at the collection end could be 3000ml. The versatility is not what the seller says it is.

My husband has been using these for a couple years now and overall we are satisfied. Sure there are some flaws, but we find them manageable.1. Tipping - some have remarked that it tips over easily, especially when empty or not much in it. I solved this problem early on by putting about an inch of water in the bottom after emptying.2. Funnel Cap - we discarded those, as not very useful. Since hubbie has ALS, his hands are not so nimble anymore and it's just easier. Neither of us are bothered by the smell, and I suspect that regular cleanings will help keep it less smelly.3. Cleaning - I use an acidic toilet bowl cleaner about every 2 weeks. I let the tank 'soak' for 10-15 minutes, occasionally shaking the 1/4 in around the sides and such. This cleans up the smell and removes the 'deposits' on the bottom. For the tube, I squirt a minimal amount in the funnel and swish that around, then add a bit of water and let sit in the hose for a few minutes. Note that we have 2 that we have been using for a year now, one by the bed and one in the family room (when we have no company :) and they are emptied and rinsed daily. I have noticed no issues with my cleaning method. Using a brush is ridiculous on the odd angles.4. Leaking - since we both keep an eye on the tank, we don't often have an issue. I keep the bedside one on a boot tray and slide it under the bed...and since this is the one that can get 'ignored', at least the tray contains the mess. Our previous one did have the hose break after a while, but no signs of any issues yet on these 2.5. Flow too slow? - I remember one comment about a younger man having a stream too fast for the item to handle...obviously most older men do not have this problem...but one suggestion I have is to make the pin hole in the cap of the tank larger. The flow is limited by the amount of air that can be displaced - I believe.Hope these hints help...lord knows our lives are complicated enough if we need to have a loved one use these!

I never thought I'd write a review about a urinal but I had an operation that required me to use one for several weeks. This thing is a lifesaver. With the extension tube you have a lot more flexibility in.. so we say positioning yourself. Highly recommend if you have the need.

I'm a caregiver for my father. Before he got sick, he was a very self-sufficient man. I feel that this portable urinal has helped give him back some dignity and independence. My only complaint is that you have to regularly check the bottle to make sure it doesn't overflow. I do wish they come in a slightly larger volume.It's easy to clean and empty. After pouring out the urine, I recommend flushing the tube with cold water to help remove any lingering urine. To sanitize it, run hot water through the tube to help kill off bacteria.One thing that worked well for us was mounting the funnel in an easy-to-reach spot using a spare piece of PVC pipe and some duct tape. That way, he could easily reach it at night without needing to get out of bed.

Since I can’t send any information to the seller for some damn reason, I’ll let you know what’s wrong with it. The bottle is nice but this new modification on our hose for some reason leaks this is the second time in three days. I’ve had one leak. I’m so upset. I’m a handicap veteran in a wheelchair and there’s no way for me to return this thing especially after it’s been used. I’m gonna do some investigation on the hose, but this new design really sucks. They better take their R&D department and start checking out the product because this is bad news people it wasn’t a wheelchair to get a lawyer and sue somebody. I bought I bought another bottle and the host did the same thing. The bottle was excellent but leaking out of the hose somehow that really upsets me. I’m gonna contact them on this other one too. I’m gonna find out what’s causing the leak when all over my floor this is the second time this has happened.

I am a caregiver for my husband and this portable urinalysis has been a godsend. It saves me from him having to holler for me to lift him out of bed and wheel him to the bathroom. Its easy to pour down the toilet and rinse out. He said it’s a whole lot easier to use. I can also hang it on the bed rail where he can easily reach for it. One of the best purchases ever! I even bought a second one to put by his lift chair just in case I’m not around when I go to the store.

It’s good for the most part but:You need to be very careful if the container is empty. If the tube sags below the mouth, it can easily flip over, which makes it spill.The second thing is my tube broke after 15 months because I was taking it on trips and wrapping the tube for storage. The act of bending it over and over led to it splitting about 2 feet above the container potion.It works great if you’re aware to keep to tube stretched when the container is empty. I would recommend this for someone who frequently travels or needs these for heavy mobile use.

Wow!!! Quelle différence! Urinoir première classe. Mon mari devait se lever à toutes les heures ou presque pour uriner la nuit. Maintenant, il n'a plus besoin de se rendre 5-6 fois à la salle de bain et par le fait même peut immédiatement se rendormir. Comme je l'accompagnais à chaque fois car il se lève difficilement du lit, cela m'aide moi aussi en tant qu'aide-soignante. La partie supérieure est aussi très bien dessinée, confortable et facile à utiliser. Il est d'un beau bleu foncé et a une capacité de 2000 ml. Il est parfait!
