Terrible product
Super cheap junk. Makes noise but instructions are useless as I couldn’t set the ring tone of which 99% are useless. Keeps on reverting back to ding dong. Save yourself the hassle and try to find a better one. By the way the receiver covers all of your receptacles so you cant use the second receptacle or in a quad you can only use the one. Very poor design.

Stopped working
Product worked for about 6 weeks then started to ring occasionally with no one there. Now it's ringing every few seconds so had to unplug the ringer. Not sure what to do to fix it and no way to contact seller.

Poor quality, only worked 2 weeks, no support
Only worked two weeks, then no sound, check battery on sensors, should not only last two weeks.there is something wrong with receiver. However, noway to contact the seller for questions.

How can i return a second doorbell after same issue ?
Works fine then you disconnect and does not work anymore. second pair and does same thing.
