Toleriane Dermallergo Fluid, 48H Face Moisturiser, 40ml

Really happy with this fluid. It’s super lightweight and works well even on my oily skin without feeling heavy. My sensitive skin is comfortable using it, and overall I’m very pleased with it. No Fragrance. Good size, last long.

If you have seborrhoeic dermatitis and rosacea, your skin is essentially a difficult colleague who objects to everything, sends strongly worded emails about fragrances, and flares up without warning at the worst possible moment. Finding something it will actually tolerate feels less like skincare shopping and more like hostage negotiation. This serum, remarkably, passed the audit. No redness, no tightening, no dramatic reaction that sends you back to square one with a red face and a lesson learned. It absorbs cleanly, layers without complaint under the rest of the routine, and just gets on with being calm and useful, which is more than can be said for my skin on most days. It won’t perform miracles. This isn’t a serum that transforms anything overnight or comes with a before-and-after that makes you question reality. What it does is absolutely nothing offensive, and when your skin is reactive, “absolutely nothing offensive” is a five-star result. It hydrates quietly and leaves the area without incident. For anyone navigating a sensitive skin routine built around medical actives, this is the reliable middle-man that doesn’t cause trouble. My face remains a difficult colleague, but at least it’s stopped filing complaints.

This seems to be quite a lightweight moisturiser which makes it ideal for use in the morning before setting out to work. I've been using a while now and have to say I'm impressed by how little you need, it's very easy to use a small amount and cover your entire face. It does leave my skin a little greasy but not overly so, certainly not like other products which i use at night following my retinol treatment. It does however leave my face feeling and looking brighter in the mornings, gives me a little kickstart when I look in the mirror. Given how little you need to use, I'd say it's very good value, it's not cheap and nasty but also not overly expensive, so getting nearly two months use from one bottle I think is great. I'll definitely be buying it again and using it long term.

This LRP product is an absolute perfection for me. Silky soft moisturiser with no nasties like occlusive silicones or drying alcohols. Important point - it needs to go on slightly damp skin precisely because it doesn't contain silicones that provide that artificial "slip". Needs an absolutely tiny amount. The packaging is also great, small slim bottle with an easy dispenser pump-button which can also be locked and unlocked by a simple twist. Easily taken on holiday with no decanting necessary. Perfect.

Works great but far too expensive

This is brilliant- spreads evenly & is very light but gets rid of the dryness. I use under makeup. It is much better value than the Day cream which is much thicker & doesn’t last as long!

I was advised to use this product due to a mild flare up of PD. I'm a tret user and recently developed terrible whitehead blisters with super dry patches of skin. Everything burned on application but not this ! 2 weeks later and my skin is back to normal - no new tiny pustules and nicely hydrated. This means I can start back on my tret! I'm definitely keeping this product in my routine now. It is expensive for the small amount of product but it saved my skin and a little goes a long way.

I have combination skin with an oily t-zone. My pores aren't the tightest and my cheeks get super dry in the winter. I haven't used this during the humid summer yet, but so far it's been great and never oily. It feels very light. Some of my usual redness has certainly calmed down. I also noticed that the oiliness has lessened. Love it.

I’ve had a very good experience with this fluid. I have seborrheic dermatitis, acne-prone oily/combination skin, so I need something light but still soothing, and this works really well for me. It’s fragrance-free, made for sensitive skin, and meant for combination to oily skin, which is exactly why I tried it in the first place. It feels lightweight, absorbs well, and gives enough hydration without feeling greasy or heavy on the skin. It also hasn’t clogged my pores or made my skin worse. What I like most is that it helps calm my skin after dermaplanning. It’s one of the few moisturisers I can use comfortably without stinging, and it sits nicely under other products. I also use the cream, the fluid, and the night cream from the same range, and they all work very well together. The whole Toleriane line is fragrance-free and designed for sensitive or allergy-prone skin. The packaging is also excellent. The pump is practical and hygienic, and you can twist it closed, so there’s no need for an extra plastic cap. That makes it easy to use and travel with. For anyone with sensitive, reactive, acne-prone, or seb derm-prone skin who wants a lighter moisturiser, this is definitely worth trying.
