I've not really used any lip masks that I can remember. I like putting on heavy chapstick overnight to help moisturize and I feel like I've done a lip mask before, but can't remember anything about it. So I'm sort of starting fresh with this.First off, let me say that a little goes a long way here. I didn't really see any instructions on how much to put on or how long I should leave it, so I put on a lot. This ended up being a mistake, as I needed like a fourth of what I used. One moment of using the tiny spatula later, I had the amount down to a more manageable amount. It doesn't really have any taste and feels a lot like a more melty version of chapstick, which I actually liked.I ended up not leaving it on for long since my lips felt like they were itching a little. I'm one of those people who have eight billion allergies, so I don't blame this at all for that. I'm all the time finding something new that doesn't impact many others, but does for myself. It's a shame since I liked that this was vegan and didn't test on animals.What I will say is that even in the short amount of time this does seem to have moisturized my lips some. I don't really see a huge difference in tint while I had it on, but then this is more of a nude color so its focus will be more on shine.My only gripes here would be that I'd like more information on how long it can or should stay on your lips, as well as some place to store the tiny spatula, like a little grip on the lid or something like that. I can see the spatula getting lost very easily.I'll probably pass this along to one of my friends who has fewer allergies than myself, to see how they like it.

Love love love!!!!!!! This Sigma lip mask is wonderful! I love the slip and thickness of it. It's a thicker mask and a little goes a long way. It lasts on my lips ALL night and if I wear it during the day it lasts for HOURS without having to reapply. Which is something I personally want in my lip masks. Love the packaging as it's a simple small pretty jar that I can take with me easily if I want to. It comes with an applicator that I don't use because I find them to be useless when my clean finger works better. The only thing I will say that some might not enjoy is that if you put too much on it will give a very slight numbing feel for a few moments and then it goes away. Also, even though it says it's "tinted" there is no color added to your lips. It just creates a nice pretty shine. I always test makeup and skincare products for at least a month to give them a fair shot and this mask has worked so well for me and I will continue to purchase. Leaves my lips so smooth and soft. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the market for a new lip mask.

This is a review of the Sigma Beauty Hydro Melt Lip Mask.I am always on the lookout for quality lip balms and moisturizers. Saying that, I was really looking forward to tying this out and I am happy to say I like it very much.The lip mask comes in a small round glass jar with an inclosed clear applicator/spatula. You only need to apply a very small amount of product because a little goes a long way. In fact the first few times I tried this out I had more than enough to cover my lips.I have very sensitive skin and I hate lip products that plump up your lips; too often they leave my lips feeling itchy and sting. This does have a sticky feel to it but my lips feel so soothed and moisturized afterwards. I have been using this for quite a while now and my lips really are less dry because of it. The fact that there is a slight tint to it is just the cherry on top for me.

This is very, very soft and smooth. It goes on thick with just a hint of color. I like the just a hint of color since I rarely wear much makeup and don't want my lips to be startling on my bare face. It comes with a small spatula which is useful if you don't want to use your fingers, though I still used a brush, but then it was so thick on the brush that I couldn't clean it off the brush. So it will need a dedicated brush. I do think this will help my winter lips not get so dry. Lightly scented. Good product.

Sigma Beauty Hydro Melt Lip Mask - TintThis lip mask comes in a plastic jar with a small spoon to help remove the product hygienically. While it is tinted, that color is sheer and not noticeable on the lips and it wouldn't prevent me from wearing this overnight either. The product is a solid in the jar and melts with your body heat. Unscented, flavorless and very comfortable to wear. Moisturizing, nourishing, protective and restorative. Very nice!
