I was having the worst pain ever in my feet. I just recently had a baby and I’ve been walking around more. I was walking around in sandals and they just caused havoc on my feet. I bought this after reading all the amazing reviews and honestly they were all right. This thing is amazing! I love the longer spikes! It feels so good digging them into the heel of my foot. That’s where I have the most pain and I really feel like it’s relieving the pain. The sensation is so soothing. I love that you can control the intensity and speed by how hard you press or how fast you roll your feet. My mom tried it and said it hurts her feet, but the directions say that this can happen. Everyone in my house has been wanting to try this out. The one downside is that I wish this was a bit wider. If you’re a bigger person the width can cause some chub rub as you move your feet back and forth. I’m not going to reduce a star for this though because this is truly a rockstar product. I would’ve easily paid $25 or more for this, that’s how good it is. I can’t believe how cheap it is. It’s great quality. I also love the reflexology foot diagram it comes with. I highly recommend this product

Where has this product been all of my life? Since being on lockdown for the recent past my feet were really beginning to hurt and I was having pain at night sleeping alternating in both feet. With the massage roller comes a reflexology map of the organs and anatomy of the entire body. I now have a sense of alignment between reflexology and what is going on internally. I have had foot massages before and they helped but how wonderful is it to have a tool at home to use anytime and everyday that performs even better than a massage therapist! Think of the money you will save and you don't have to even leave home. It also helps to strengthen the ankles, calves, knee, thighs and hips at the same time. I highly recommend the TheraFlow Large Dual Foot Massage Roller for all ages. This would make a great gift item also.

Depending on my day, I walk quite a bit at work. On the weekends, I can be all over the place. Summer is almost here and during the summer, I wear a lot of flat sandals. With that being said - sometimes I definitely need a foot massage. This foot massager is the perfect remedy to sore and tired feet, especially when you can't, or don't want to, pay an actual masseuse. Beware when you open the massager and take it out of the plastic. The coating on the massager is strong and can affect for those with asthma, fume sensitivity, and migraines. Thankfully the included documentation warns of this (good job) so you're not left wondering, "What is that smell?!" The included foot chart is great for those interested in reflexology. I am definitely interested in alternative medicine so I'm going to look into getting the ebook (as it was not emailed to me). I previously had a reflexology massage before and so I will be sure to use the included foot chart to help learn more about reflexology and how to perform it on my family. Overall, I like this massager and will definitely put it to use as I lounge around watching TV or using my laptop. The price, and quality, of the massager is good. The foot chart is laminated, so it should hold up over time. Overall, it gets the approval of my child and I!

I have taught fitness classes for nearly 20 years and use my feet a lot. I suffer from recurring plantar fasciitis, off and on. I have never gotten cortisone shots or had any kind of surgery, but have had custom inserts, can only wear certain types of shoes, do all of the prescribed stretches, and get a regular deep-tissue foot reflexology massage to help manage this problem. Despite doing all of these things, I always have some amount of foot pain. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. It's wonderful!!! It has worked out the knots in my heels as well as made the rest of my feet feel so much better. I taught a fitness class after using it for only 2 days, and was PAIN-FREE both during and after the class. I could not believe it! I am currently working at home due to the Covid, and so I keep it under my desk as a footrest. I rub my feet on it several times a day and it's just heavenly! It makes my entire body feel better. I bought one to give as a Christmas gift, for a fellow instructor who also gets the plantar fasciitis. Give it a try!!!

This foot massager is great. It’s very well made. When I use it I really feel the pain just melt away. It’s really easy and so relaxing to use. I tried the single bar, but that kept rolling away in all directions. This one stays in place and I can massage both feet at once. I highly recommend this product.

The quality of this product is excellent. I do get some relief for my feet with the use of it. I, however, have an extremely high arch and what my parents lovingly called bird toes, they curl under just a bit and this make it difficult to get to all parts of my feet without using a lot of pressure, which is a bit painful. I do realize that it takes some time to “learn” proper use, so I am holding out hope that I will get the hang of it soon. That being said, my sister also ordered this product a year or so ago and she described it as -we’ll lets just say she loved it. So, there you have two opinions. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something to give them some relief.

I fell and got a hair line fracture on my foot back in June. I did a physician heal they self routine, because I'm a terrible patient and felt if someone touched it I'd be a guest of A prison lol! While it's still healing the bottom of my feet began to hurt badly and the top of my feet were so itchy, I considered just getting rid of it,and be done with it. Between the itching and burning I was in agony I called a good friend that's a great podiatrist. After talking me out of chopping my feet off he said the itching is the foot healing the bottom of the feet pain is plantar fasciitis, (years of yoga and ballet) he highly recommended this exact item. The bottom of my feet no longer hurt, and today I was able to restart my workouts!! Just roll your feet one at a time otherwise the rollers move away, I finally got Tacky liner, works great!! Do this twice a week for 5 minutes Get this!!! Anyone can say all doctors recommend this, in my case a REAL PODIATRIST DOCTOR helped me. A most outstanding purchase! I did 2 sessions yesterday, the day I got the massager, 10 minutes each session as instructed. It felt very good afterwards. I could start feeling some sensation in my damaged toe, and even the rest of the foot and calf felt less sore. The massager is user-friendly, no fancy attachments needed, and it comes with a foot chart, which is very useful. The knobs feel good on the foot, and you can apply your own desired degree of pressure. It is very stable on the floor during sessions as the massager is cushioned by a firm pad. A very good product! I plan to use it everyday even after my toe gets better.

Effective and easy to move around

Edit: previously I stated that it hurts when in use, but when my plantar fasciitis is not aggravated, it doesn't hurt. I purchased it for plantar fasciitis relief, the product is good, but hurts and doesn't always help in my case. I rarely use it unless i use it with socks. But you can use it as a massager to restore feelings in the feet when suffering from get numbness.
