Packaging stinks, better economy and potency with their new products
This specific product is no longer marketed in the US. One possible misconception on the labelling is that the front reads "30 servings" and nutrition facts read "100g" or 4.8 servings. The latter serving size is appropriate for a super cleanse or tough workout day with 128-192 oz water, depending on body weight. Just be aware that a loose stool is really a constipated stool (excrement) that was stuck inside your GI track, the most porous area of the skin of the human body. Another note is that food only takes 7 hours to "digest", and no nutrient transport happens in the large colon.Coconut water is "high water". The white part of coconut consists mainly of an enzyme inhibitors, and shall be used before retiring, for that purpose. Personally, I find it useful in adding a nutty aroma to the garbage disposal.Importing cases of whole green coconuts from the tropix is not really viable in a lot of ways. It has also been pointed out by an islander that constant refrigeration is an american standard. People use fresh for making ferments. Ferments work for those practicing the option of forming ketones for fuel in the body (instead of glucose-the normal way). Personally, I would prefer surgical removal of my brain before making this grueling transformation...and have fasted on water for 40 days! This exchange requires zero carboxylic acid, etc for 72 or more hrs... and then forever...just so we are aware. So, as a fuel source, ketones are a practicable fuel for no american that we know. This product is acceptable for those willing to consume refined sugar. If you are looking for an alternative to sugar, may we suggest flying to Costa Rica and fruit feasting. That said, if you want to start putting something down your throat that smells and tastes of petro plastic sealed with aluminum (oxide), go right ahead! I don't know about you, however, I open things up with a giant whiff, and proceed accordingly. Also, with an estimated 50 coconuts potassium value inside, this tub seems a good deal, however their new product, a lovely resealable plastic pouch containing corn sugar and a 20+ coconut value, markets for less---$9.99. It can be found in the water aisle at standard-free natural food stores. Draw backs on the new product include no longer certified organic, corn sugar instead of tapioca, and Balanese sea salt replaced with higher sodium trace mins (several hundred more mg per container). Pluses include monk fruit (color) and the addition of phosphate and citrate mineral supplements. Check the ascorbate level on the label if you are sensitive to acid-forming agents.Flavor-wise, this is a very sweet drink, somewhat salty, and could very well be your new addiction!!! Whether cooked sugars such as pasteurized milk, fruit, and seed/grain/nut/bean starch are refined sweeteners in shelf items is, apparently, not yet an accessible idea with the food market as-is in people's mind. The original and pineapple are tangy and light, while the berry mix is reminiscent of a mouth freshener. The combo of ascorbate and minerals cleans urine. Phosphorus is an important alkali which is brought out of balance through populations consuming animal flesh. Personally, we consume .5-.75 pouch (not this product---see their new line) in 1.5 gallons distilled /RO water for sport. It is non-taxable purchased in this form. You may also enjoy a pure food product for electrolytes, such as Z Naturals organic freeze dried 100% coconut water (5#/$129.99---buy 4 get 1 free mail order) or Nativas (similar product in local retail store). Buffered ascorbate powder, a shelf-life extending acid-by-product forming anti-oxidant and lazative (with minerals) may be purchased for about $40/#. Likewise, one may consume a teaspoon of grocery store sodium bicarbonate daily for buffering (short term) in addition to pure vitamin c crystals ($10/kilo mail order) for support. One needs to calibrate their vitamin c level before performing this flush, a simple equation involving the intake of a measured amount of substance and physical awareness. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SELLER. NOT ONLY DO THEY USE A SHIPPER WITH INCORRECT/NONEXISTENT TRACKING INFO, BY THE TIME YOU GET IT, THEIR RETURN POLICY WILL BE VOID!!! ONE BAD EXPERIENCE! THEY EVEN CALLED AMAZON AND TOLD THEM (INCORRECTLY) THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER AND DELETED MY FEEDBACK!!! SO, I TOOK PICS, SENT THEM TO AMAZON, AND FILED A STATEMENT WITH THEM WITH THE TRUTH AND NOW REPOSTING MY REVIEW.

The packaging is terrible. I had 2 of these and both we rock hard inside. There was no freshness seal or dryer packets inside to prevent the powder from getting all hard. The stuff was so hard I couldn't get a spoon to chip it out. Tossed them both in the trash. Amazon was good at refunding my money. The product is Great!Updated because the manufacturer did get a hold of me and told me they changed the packaging and will be send me a replacement.

Convenient product
I wish it tasted more like coconut. But I love the taste of coconut. it is high in carbs but overall a decent product. Great if you need some natural electrolytes.

Great for hydration and perfect for a POTS patient.
Great for POTS. I researched several coconut waters after being diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. This one was highly esteemed for it's price according to several websites. It has a good, clean, taste. High in electrolytes and potassium. I will certainly purchase this product again.

Great stuff!
Great stuff! I put it in my Platypus water thingy when I go for long rides on my motorcycle during the late spring and summer. It gets mighty hot here in Georgia and you need to stay hydrated.

Be careful of this seller!!!!
Got an upset stomach every time I tried it! When I check the ingredients list again, I realized there were 2 labels. Underneath the original label was a label for the pineapple hydrate, which is more what this tasted like, but still had a very unpleasant taste. No wonder I got an upset stomach. Not sure what is in this, but do not trust!!! I am a transplant patient and have to be very careful what I eat and drink. This could have been disastrous to me! Who does this?

subpar to original
tastes awful compared to the regular original, and mixes up even worse. only real upside: extra nutrients and a gigantic tub for the bags.
