Retrofit worked.
Even though the numbers didn't match, I thought it looked like a perfect fit for my '03 Maytag refrigerator. After arrival I discovered the one wire connector was a different width than mine. I cut and put the correct connector on the wire from my fridge and it is working fine.

Worked great! Easy fix.
