Q: I am looking for a cookie scoop for my mother, but she has arthritis in her hands. Are these cookie scoops easy to grip and squeeze?

They are made out of metal. I still use these often!!! Quality product!

Q: Does anyone know if these cookie dough scoopers will work for mini cupcakes ?

I use #100 for mini cookies and brownies. The brownies are about 1/2 inch tall using silicone cupcake molds. Should be about the same for cupcakes. It really depends on how "mini" you're looking for. Hope this helps.
