Recently entering peri-menopause and among all the wonderfully disrespectful symptoms I have developed palpitations and high anxiety which caused me a nervous breakdown at work! I digress. I didn’t want to go on psych meds right away so I looked far and wide for a natural solution. Then I read a review on these gummies from someone who suffered from severe PTSD and they worked better than all their psych meds combined! So I gave them a try. My husband and I are on our fourth bottle! This really works! (Side note! Please do not stop taking psych meds suddenly and seek medical advice first! Stopping psych meds suddenly can have serious effects on your mental health.) I take one of these gummies in the morning at my job if I’m feeling anxiety and it works within 15 minutes! And I take one at night before bed as it helps tremendously to quiet down all the random annoying thoughts that bounce around in my head before bed. It’s worth noting that this is not like melatonin, it doesn’t make you physically groggy, it quiets the mind and you’re able to wake up the next day just fine. I actually feel like I get sleep at night now. My husband (a corrections officer) takes around 3 to help him settle down to sleep. Taste: The taste is a little tart but not bad at all, and the size of each gummy is a little larger than expected, overall I personally like them and I’m very picky. The first time my husband took them he chucked two in his mouth at the same time, took one bite and gagged LOL! I suggest chewing one at a time, which is what he does now. I’m truly so grateful for these gummies!!

After retiring from 32 years in a very stress-filled job as a teacher, I was looking for something simple to help take the edge off. I previously tried another gummy brand similar to this one, but it contained lemongrass and caused an allergic-type response, so I stopped taking it immediately. Since then, I’ve been specifically searching for a product with L Theanine and Gaba without a lot of extra ingredients, and I was happy to finally find this one. I’ve been taking it for about a week now, and it has definitely helped me feel calmer and more balanced. It takes the edge off without making me feel drowsy or causing any side effects for me. My mood has improved, and I’ve also noticed better focus throughout the day. The taste and texture are both really good. The gummies are not sticky at all and have a true gummy texture. The strawberry-like flavor is actually pretty decent. I also appreciate that the ingredients are simplistic and do not include lemongrass or unnecessary additions. Overall, this has been a great value for the money, and I’m very pleased with the results so far.

This kicks in between 30 and 60 minutes. And yes it does work. Unfortunately it last maybe 3 hrs. The Down side is indigestion. I’ve only used it twice and it lit a fire in my tummy and throat.

If you don't want to go on prescription chill pills, yet you have to deal with nutcases and lunatics on a regular basis like I do--- it starts to get to you after a while, THESE ARE WONDERFUL. They take the edge off and I can take them day or night. Starts working within about 45 minutes and definitely helps with sleep and waking up feeling pretty good without that first initial feeling of anxiety in the morning. I just wish they sold them in a 5 gallon bucket. 😄

Like most of the other reviews I am happy with the results of taking (only) one of the gummies before bedtime. They do help me relax and get to sleep. I’ve had no after effects at all. The taste is yucky imo, but tolerable.

These work, but taste terrible. Terrible like I can hardly get them chewed and down without spitting then out. Which stinks because they actually work to calm you. I will not order again due to the taste, ill try others instead.
