I love this little mixer/frother ! It arrived Day early! Yes I was so excited packed perfectly slid off the bottomPut 2 AA batteries in bottom put my chocolate matcha in cup , heated water! Perfect perfect! Really nice and frothy. No more wiskimh this little gadget does it so much better! Thanx!

It's heavy, even before batteries are installed. The handle is not at all ergonomic. Gripping it is clumsy and slippery if your hands are even slightly greasy. Worst of all, its on/off switch is vry poor. Easy to switch into the high-speed mode, but good luck finding the slower-speed mode. The problem is that there is no clear delineation between the two settings. The switch just slides from one to the other . You have to hunt for the slower speed. I would not buy this again because of these flaws.

The delivery was one day earlier than expected. The frother appears to be made of good metal parts. I initially bought a breville frother and found it to be guzzling up too much space (as per my wife) and not to mention the price tag of $160. This frother is compact. I love this tool because you can complete the whole process using one mug so no extra washing up. Let me describe my process. I pour the milk in a regular coffee mug, fill it up almost half way with milk, spin the milk as instructed and then place the frothed milk in my microwave( although you can change this sequence). Once the froth is warm, I let the coffee machine pour the coffee in the mug which pushes the froth on the top and there you have it. The cleaning of frother is a breeze. The bottom line: this tool makes good froth, it saves on washing up extra cups and bowls for me and stands up nicely on the counter without my wife noticing it. So far everything is going good. The supplier wrote to me a day before the delivery asking me to contact them if there were any problems with the product, nice touch. I was not offered any incentives for this review.

works well; speeds up and slows down very well and is completely safe for use. froths hot milk milk in around 30 seconds with about a 50/50 ratio milk to froth. The slow setting can be used to strengthen froth so that it does not pop. 2 AA batteries last a long time in this, My family has been using it for about 3 months and it has not run out of battery yet. It is very easy to clean, just stick in water and turn on for about 20 seconds.BONUS: can be used for stirring hot chocolate powder and others.

it showed up quick. first thing I noticed right out of the box was the weight and quality of it . does a super job on frothing milk . time will tell on how long it will last , but by far exceeds the cheap plastic ones. free shipping was an extra plus.2020 update..... bought in oct/2016 and used daily , still going strong. Also even cheaper to buy now

I am delighted. This is superior to my previous ones which were junk in comparison. This one is substantial stainlesssteel with two speeds and is making wonderful froth for my morning cappuccino. It comes well packaged and, importantly,the customer service is tops. Uses two AA batteries (I use rechargeables). I'm so glad I found this.
