I picked up Elan Organic Fiji Mix and was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and well-balanced it tasted. The resealable pouch is sturdy and keeps the mix from going stale, which makes it easy to snack on throughout the week or take along while traveling. Right away, I noticed the ingredient list was simple and organic, no artificial flavors, no added junk, just clean and wholesome ingredients. The mix itself combines pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, coconut chips, and açaí berry–flavored cashews, and the flavors work beautifully together. The pumpkin seeds add a salty, nutty crunch, while the cranberries bring a tart, chewy sweetness. The coconut chips are light and crisp, adding a tropical element without being overpowering. My favorite part, though, has to be the açaí berry cashews, they have a subtle fruity coating that makes them stand out and ties the whole mix together with a unique flavor twist. Each bite feels balanced because of the contrast between the sweet cranberries, crunchy seeds, and creamy cashews. Unlike some trail mixes I’ve tried, this one doesn’t feel overloaded with one ingredient or overly sweetened. Everything tastes natural and fresh, and I didn’t come across any tough cranberries or stale seeds. This blend works really well as an afternoon energy boost, a desk snack, or even as a topping for yogurt and smoothie bowls. The only drawback is that the bag isn’t huge, so if you find yourself reaching for it often (like I did), it disappears quickly. Still, considering the organic quality and unique mix of flavors, I think it’s worth the price. Overall, I’d give Elan Organic Fiji Mix 5 out of 5 stars. It’s fresh, flavorful, and creative, offering a snack that feels both indulgent and nourishing. I’ll definitely be keeping a bag of this on hand for when I want something that’s both healthy and satisfying.

These are delicious! They definitely were fresh. The combination of flavors was a little off-putting, but something that I think I could get into. I certainly started getting used to it after a couple of handfuls

They are yummy but the bag is super tiny. Gone in two gulps kind of thing. Pretty pricey for the amount given.
