Amscan It Chapter 2 "Time To Float", Fabric Party Banner

I purchased this on the sale and was expecting a low value product. However it was really well made and was effective for my Halloween window display

Large banner with two holes for hanging. The banner is nice but a little cheap, but I don’t mind because the shredding cloth adds to the scariness of my decorations. It is a good size and easy to read from the street.

The design on this banner is great and the overall clothe quality is on point. However, there is one big QC issue with mine which I hope no one else encounters - about an entire two inches worth of the bottom of the banner was cut clean off and does not match the product picture. The "Chapter Two" text under the "IT" logo is completely missing from mine because that bottom two inches was cut clean off. As a collector I am not happy about this one issue, but otherwise it is a good decoration.

When I pulled this out of the package, it had strings of canvas hanging. As I cut some of them off, they were continuing to unravel. Absolutely NOT worth the money. It was literally coming apart in my hands. If I didn't need this for tomorrow, I would be sending this back. Do not buy this.

I wish there were holes on the bottom of the banner to control it from flying up. Otherwise, good product.
