Super easy to install. My only complaint is that I had to buy a one foot extension, wires too short. Otherwise it LOOKS GREAT.

It fits perfectly in the hitch, but unfortunately the chord is too short to reach the power connection. Do these guys know how to use a tape measure? They get one star because I can’t put zero stars.

Absolutely love it, only issue but I had read the reviews first, is the wire is too short so you need to buy a extension, but I knew that ahead of time

Product requires improvement
For RAM Rebel 1500, model 2023, the power cord is too short. I have to buy an extension to properly run the power harness. Instruction manual also refers to a locking pin but there is none in the box and need to find one myself. It would be better if right cable length as well as locking pin is included.
